“A localização do hotel é excelente, central e bem conectada. As instalações são boas e o tratamento dos funcionários é fantástico.Agora, é IMPOSSÍVEL DESCANSAR. Há uma discoteca no sótão com música e muita atmosfera até altas horas da madrugada, e o barulho reverbera por toda a sala (estávamos no 4º andar).Agradecemos novamente o tratamento dos funcionários, requintados, que mesmo sem mencionar nada, pediram desculpas no check-out pelo barulho excessivo e nos disseram que estão tentando administrá-lo de alguma forma. Mesmo assim, descansar em um hotel é fundamental para avaliar seu conforto e, nesse aspecto, deixa muito a desejar.Espero que consiga resolver logo, pois o restante dos serviços são excelentes!”
