Bom atendimentoe excelentes quartos. Confortáveis e climatizados.

Só tenho a apontar a temperatura do quarto demasiado quente, sem possibilidade de regulação. De resto tudo ok. Recomendo.

Atendimento muito bom, quartos ótimos. Apenas observar se o café da manhã é incluso, pq de não for tem que tomar na rua mesmo, pois é caro

Quarto muito limpo e higiênico, cama confortável, casa de banho Ok, pequeno almoçoachei poucas variedades, facil lugar para estacionar ,bom lugar para passar unsdias e bom preço.

Habitaciones sin bañera (solo ducha). Desayuno no incluido. Todo muy limpio. Precio algo caro por el servicio incluido

Tratando de ser objetivo, y lo menos reactivo posible. Me sentó mal que cobren antes de disfrutar de la habitación (primeravez que me pasa) aunque tras mi pregunta, en recepción me contestaron que es práctica común de la cadena.La habitación está " correcta", pero la cama no es extremadamente grande, armario reducido (no es cómodo) , la tele no la encendí pero era muy pequeña; la ducha no es muy holgada para gente de tamaño (al menos para mi gusto). Todo esto depende del criterio de comodidad de cada uno.El servicio de desayuno me parece muy reducido. Poca variedad (nada de productos tipo bacon, salchichas, huevos, revueltos, etc...). Algo de embutidos, una tortilla de patatas, y bollería. Algo de fruta y cereales, poca variedad de panes.Lo que me puede condicionar a dar tanto detalle es que a mí hermana al echarse un vaso de leche de una botella, la leche estaba agria. Puedo aceptar un error en cadena de frío (o no), pero en estos casos no se debe poner en duda en criterio del cliente.Con esta reseña no pretendo "hacer daño', sino darle la oportunidad a la dirección del hotel a poner mejoras a alguna de estas indicaciones. Me pareció un precio muy caro para los servicios prestados. Ánimo y a mejorar.

Buen hotel, paramos allí dos noches para hacer un viaje largo. Tanto a la ida como a la vuelta.El servicio fue amable y atento. El hotel estaba en muy buenas condiciones, limpio y bastante nuevo. El desyuno estaba bien aunque era todo cosas preparadas pero el servicio nos ofreció de preguntar si queríamos algo.No le pongo cinco estrellas porque pasamos muchísimo calor en la habitación tanto a la ida como a la vuelta. Parece ser que tienen un clima para los meses de invierno que calienta y otro de verano que enfría. El problema es que fuimos en el mes de abril y no había opción a enfriar la habitación. Por lo demás perfecto.

Es un hotel de tres estrellas, los pasillos, son un poco laberinto. Aunque la habitación estaba bien, el baño era muy pequeño, con una ducha pequeña y el inodoro tras la puerta. La habitación no muy grande y un rincón de la misma hacia de armario abierto.

El hotel está bastante bien, solo que por comparativa hay hoteles con menos estrellas que están mejor y disponen de más servicios.Cuando estuve yo allí no tenían mantas para la noche, por lo que me sugirieron que desmontara la otra cama de la habitación para usar la manta, aunque anteriormente había pedido cama grande.El hotel está buen ubicado, y el diseño es bastante acogedor.Probablemente la próxima vez buscaré otro hotel,

Todo muy bien, habitación espaciosa, limpia, muy buen insonorizada, ya que tiene calle transitoria y no se escucha nada, tele nueva, se pidió algo en la reserva y no hubo problema. El parking ancho, fácil acceso y me hicieron oferta, solo hecho de menos que se pudiese acceder con tarjeta o algo así y no tener que llamar a recepción para apertura entrada o salida. La atención del personal insuperable, buen trato y atención amigable y atenta.

Me hospede alli hasta hoy mismo y he de decir que el hotel esta bastante completo, las habitaciones son bastante amplias y el servicio de limpieza estupendo. Mi unica queja es con el servicio. El mismo dia de entrar al hotel me percate de que no habia nada en el minibar, ni una botella de agua, llame a la recepcionista para preguntar (normalmente suelen poner algo en el minibar aunque este servicio no sea gratuito) y me dijeron que BEBIESE AGUA DEL BAÑO. Literal con seas palabras, no un “tenemos un bar/ restaurante en la planta baja. Otra sorpresa me lleve fue a la salida del hotel me cobraron casi 7€ de cafe que yo no habia pedido. En Otras plabras cualquiera puede Pedir algo a nombre tuyo con tan solo dar un numero de habitacion que no se aseguran de que eres tu o no.

Estuve alojado allí hace unas semanas. Un hotel bastante completo. Habitaciones bastante decentes y buen cuarto de baño. Televisión mejorable. Todo lo necesario para pasar una o dos noches si viajas por trabajo. La ubicación (si coincide con que tengas que hacer algo por la zona) está bastante bien. Muy bien comunicado.

Nice little hotel, with friendly staff, but it all seems kind of badly maintained.It used to be NH Hotel, now SB Hotel... they rebranded everything, but did not took care of other aspects..Wallpaper is peeling off, both in the rooms and in the restaurant.Bathrooms only have shower, ut they do have a bidet. Both at the sink and in the shower there are soap FOAM dispensers. They are quite good but the one in the shower was not even placed correctly so the foam was not going out. It was not broken, just a tube placed wrong by the housekeeping upon refill (or maybe by the technician that installed them, as they seemed brand new). No problem,I took it apart and assembled it the right way. With the soap tank in it's proper place, it worked like a charm!I was very disappointed that on our first morning there we were denied breakfast.Now with COVID situation, there is no longer a bufet, like NH used to have. They bring you a tray with a already prepared breakfast... Not the best but it's something...In the first morning we were told there is no breakfast for us as it was not ordered beforehand... Nobody told us that the day before at check-in, even though we talked about what TIME breakfast is served... On the second day the knife that came on the tray was already dirty.There is a safe in the room, quite spacious, can fit a laptop. Internet is decent, though I did not have time to work on my PC on this trip so Idid not put it to an actual test.This was a business trip and the company chose the hotel. I would most likely not choose it if I were to book a vacation over here!

Welcomed by a friendly male receptionist and made to feel welcome. Room on fourth floor was spacious enough for my needs and pleasantly furnished with two single beds. Nice fresh bathroom with good toiletries and fluffy towels. Great shower.No dinner or breakfast taken so cannot comment on those. Only small criticism would be the extra charge (€10) for parking as booked through online agent. It's free to park outside hotel on street. Good stay and would use again.

Nice and convenient

Hotel is quite good. Clean and in the suburban area. I've been there twice, each time there was a problem with my hrs payment. Overall I may recommend this place.

Average place, small rooms and lot to be improved service. Breakfast is decent though.

Good service. Rooms are of good standard. Restaurant is substandard. Breakfast is ok but only ok. Do not recommend for dinner.

Decent hotel settings, relatively new, helpful staff. Food offer is poor and overall not very tasty. Not-so-good value-for-money, in particular for this location.

Functional 3* Hotel. Small but clean rooms. Mine was a bit dark for my taste. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet with surprisingly extensive choices. Well prepared. Metro close by as well as a variety of bars and restaurants.

For it's class, it offers a very nice breakfast with lots of options. Personel is polite and helpful. Room clean but without charm. Location wise, it really depends what you are looking for. I would not come for a romantic weekend but it is ideally located if you have anything to do with the TV business in Spain, with quite a few restaurant options in walking distance.

We stayed here the night before a flight from Madrid airport as it was very conveniently situated. The hotel was modern and of a very good standard. The rooms were very pleasant and nicely appointed...

I would have given full stars had we found some water in our room. Indeed not only the fridge was empty but we had to go downstairs to get water and pay 3 euros a bottle! Else than that the bathroom...

I have spent the evening with a safe that does not work a beeps all the time. Engineer has been here 3 times. Reception not overly helpful. No air con so when I got in room it was boiling. Horrible...
