“This hotel is in walk distance from airport. You don't need to call taxi or hotel shuttle (5e plus tax almost 10 e) it takes 10mins. To get to Bergamo town, you should go to airport from hotel. You can take no.1 Bus and takes 20 min. You can buy bus ticket from vending machine or in bus. After seeing old town, we take a taxi with meter in front of station Bergamo. It costs 18euro to NH hotel. When I ask to hotel staff They said taxi price is 25 euro. They weren't kind and professional to customer. The bath tube in the room is very slippery, we have to be careful during shower. Hotel has to put anti slippery mat on the bathtub to protect accidents. We left to airport from hotel about 3:50 a.m Our flight was 6 a.m On the way airport we met a few peoples come and go from hotel to airport. Some flight attendants walked to airport in a hurry. Orio shopping center have lot of eatery supermarket and shops. We enjoyed shopping and some eating here. Hotel is located in same building with shopping center”

“Hotel is situated 15-20 min walking distance from airport, if You need shuttle- You ll pay extra. Nice stuff, but administration made it all with extra payment. So feeling was like little cheated- high price, many extra services to pay.”
