Gostei. Em uma região calma, o hotel está próximo do metrô e de vários restaurantes e também de mini mercado. Os quartos são grandes e muito confortáveis.

Hotel bem situado, estação de metrô perto, pessoal da recepção muito atencioso, tudo muito limpo, um bom café da manhã que se não estiver incluso na diária, é bom perguntar antes qual o valor, pois para os nossos padrões não é barato.

I regret not reading more reviews prior to booking as they did not deliver when it comes to comfort and cleanliness. Upon arrival I found hair, stains and small tears on our bed linens. The rooms are very basic and long overdue for a refresh.The beds are spring mattresses that are the most uncomfortable ever. I am a side sleeper and could feel every groove of every spring digging into my side. I did not get much sleep during my stay here.The on-site team is great and will surely make you feel welcome. Location can’t be beat - close to tube and can walk to so much nearby.

Ficamos em uma viagem em família durante a Páscoa. Ao fazer a reserva, pedimos camas separadas para meus filhos, mas eles não nos deram. Os poucos funcionários que existiam não conseguiam atender tanta demanda no café da manhã, então você tinha que esperar para sentar em uma mesa, esperar eles reabastecerem os produtos esgotados do buffet, consertar a única máquina de café etc. A gota d'água foi o dia em que descobrimos que o serviço de quarto ainda não tinha feito a cama em um dos quartos. A equipe da recepção também não respondeu às nossas reclamações. É uma pena porque escolhemos o hotel para conhecer outros NH em outros locais e dessa vez foi totalmente errado. Não vamos repetir.

Wonderful location, very quiet, warm environment, nicely decorated... Rooms are large and confortable. Bed is reallyconfi. Reception attention was perfect. And the lady in the bar at night was really nice and caring. Didn't try the breakfast, as It wasn't included in my Booking, but surely worthy! Would definitely recomend It!!

Stayed for 5 weeks with our 2 dogs and the staff made us feel so welcome! Tina gave us an incredible deal for our long-term stay with parking included too. All of the team at reception were super friendly and helpful, always happy to chat and made an effort to make us feel like special guests. Plus, Ahmed at the bar was always nice to chat to over a lovely drink. The garden is a nice space and I’m sure would be especially nice in the summer. We were originally in a standard room which was fine but were kindly upgraded to a two-level suite on the first floor. It was ideal for us with plenty of room, a comfortable big bed and super quiet / dark for a good night’s sleep. The location is great - quick walk to Earls Court station and a nice variety of shops and restaurants in High Street Kensington and beyond. We were so sad to leave but will definitely be returning soon!

We stayed here a week ago for a couple of nights. It was a surprise choice as part of the lastminute.com Top Secret hotels deal.We paid £73 per night for a standard room (no breakfast). The location wasn't too far from Earl's court tube station and was convenient to get into central London. The area itself had a vast choice of interesting eateries and amenities. The hotel has a nice lobby and restaurant area. The staff were really lovely and helpful. The room was a bit tired, but decent for the price. The room also had a fridge and tea/ coffee facilities.

The hotel is nice and staffs are fine. It’s just one thing here: They required £35 for deposit when we check in, and I paid £40 in cash since I only have two £20. They didn’t give me the change of £5 and I didn’t pay attention about it, I thought that’s how it works so I didn’t ask for receipt or asking anything. When we checked out today, they only gave me £35, I said I paid 40 but they told me to send an email to them and they’ll check the cameras if what I said is true. I don’t bother to chase this £5 back but it just feels not good to me.

Hotel muy bien situado, céntrico. Delante del hotel para el bus línea 74 que va a las zonas más turísticas y muy cercano (3 min) a estación de metro por donde pasan varias líneas inlcuída la que lleva a Heathrow (comodísimo!!). Destacar la atención en recepción y la amabilidad de personal. Este nh no es comparable a otros establecimientos de la cadena, me pareció un precio excesivo para las instalaciones; aunque hay que tener en cuenta que la hotelería en Londres es bastante cara. Pero por casi 300 euros/ noche 2 adultos y un niño me esperaba algo superior.

Hotel situado en un extremo de South Kengsinton, muy cerca a escasos 300 metros de la estación de metro de Earls Court, permitiendo magníficas conexiones para desplazarse. Amplias habitaciones con varios tipologías , algunas con formato de duplex con un pequeño salón en la planta de arriba con sofá , aseo y televisión. En el hall además del bar y y comedor dispone del salón donde se ofrece el desayuno. Dispone de wifi con buena velocidad incluida en el precio. Personal amable donde la mayoría hablan español.

Estuve alojado en habitación especial en el sexto piso. Amplia, luminosa, confortable. El hotel se encuentra en una zona bien comunicada por metro y autobuses,y cercano a comercios pequeños y a la estación de metro de Earl 'Court, línea Picadilly. El desayuno adecuado. Más que un cuatro estrellas parece un hotel detres. Habitaciones que necesitan una reforma. Faltan detalles como enchufes a los lados de la cama y universales. La limpieza en general, correcta, aunque al abrir la ventana me sorprendió ver que hacía meses que nadie había pasado un trapo por ahí.Desayuno muy justo. Personal muy amable

Hotel con un buen desayuno, zumos de calidad, fruta, embutidos, bollería, y te preparan platos calientes si lo pides. Nosotros estuvimos en una habitación superior, y la vi muy justita. Pequeña y con un baño anticuado. El personal del hotel son muy atentos y muchos son españoles.

El hotel está bien en general, las habitaciones son cómodas y bonitas pero faltan algunos detallescreo que tiene problemas con el mantenimiento,por ejemplo las baldosas del bañotenían espacios sin rellenar, nosotros estuvimos 4 noches de las cuales una primera noche lo pasamos fatal porque la calefacción era ruidosa y aunque pedimos una habitación con dos camas sencillas, nos dieron una cama doble y un sofá que se transformaba en cama que no era cómodo. El desayuno es muy variado y abundante, a destacar el jardín posterior del hotel que es verdaderamente precioso yo creo que no le sacan el suficiente provecho. Por el precio que pagamos y teniendo en cuenta la excelente ubicación del hotel, creo que podrían dar mucho mas de si, hay hoteles NH 4 estrellas en el mundo mucho mejores con mucho menos.
