“Dramatic approach to the guest. Hiding behind absent hotel management instead of solving the problem. We preferred to lose money by moving into human conditions.”

“The rooms were clean and modern. I like the fact that they separate the shower room and toilet. The shower room smelt bad but I didn't worry about that.
Their bar is conveniently located next to reception and serves great drinks at a reasonable price.
They went above and beyond to find and assemble a travel cot for my young son. 5 stars for their service.
However, they did muck up the breakfast for our group on the final day. The leader requested 8am but they forgot and we arrived to discover hardly anything left. Had to wait about 15 mins for them to cook more food.
Otherwise I would have rated 4 stars.
It has no close amenities and it is a bit far from Paris but otherwise it was fine.”
