“Some problems with maintenance and upkeep of the rooms, plumbing issues, food generic, did not meet my expectations, in need of better organization and communication among staff. It took us two days before they got our accommodation rectified, we had to move three times and had to raise a little hell to get good service. There was two managers in particular that were very professional and courteous I was very pleased with their performance.”
