The SureStay Hotel is a 5 stars hotel for sure. You can get the best experience if you're around this area. Only 30 min far from Ottawa downtown. Beautiful rooms, designed with style, and very clean. Plus, breakfast. Don't waste your time and money going for hotels/motels in Ottawa or Gatineau, 99% are dirty and outdated, don't clean the rooms, don't include breakfast, and a risk to get bugs. Don't hesitate to visit this place. 100% Satisfied.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise, excellent plus. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The room was immaculate, all amenities available, unfortunately, being ' technically challenged' I found the television too advanced for my level but the staff were most willing to help and were understanding and patient. The breakfast was just fine. I will definitely stay there again and recommend this establishment.

Big thank you to Surestay Hotel for having our family for the night over the weekend. We enjoyed the room, it was comfortable and clean. The owner was kind enough to give some extra time for breakfast, as we arrived late and almost missed the breakfast. When we were trying to leave the hotel, we were having car problems. The owner was very nice to help us out and they to give us a boost. Their kindness goes a long way. We will stay again when in the area!

The room was very clean, no carpet in the rooms, the bed was comfortable, there are toiletries in the bathroom. The room had a mini fridge and microwave, all very clean. Friendly staff at the front desk and maintaining Covid protocols The hotel is still being renovated and there are areas where the carpet needs replacing. The outdoor surroundings could be as well maintained as indoor surroundings We did not have the continental breakfast as we thought it went until 10:00 am.

I was writing a review and pressed send too early. Like I said, a family-run business great reception from the staff, super friendly.The rooms were super clean and everything In the room was new and in good working condition especially the fridge and microwave. No complaints whatsoever and I would stay here again definitely.
