“When we arrive by car I was not happy with the bellman. He kept pushing for us to pay him $50 to park our car in the front. We opted for the valet parking. Lauren the desk clerk was great. Our room on the 8th floor over looked the canal. For some reason housekeeping refuses to leave wash clothes in the room or replace what was used everyday. Housekeeping is not the strong point with this hotel. Coffee and wine are a nice offering each day. The restaurant is fine that's connected to the lobby, and there is a Cheesecake Factory connected by the garage. The fitness center was clean. For the money I expected something just little nicer. Overall my experience was good”
