Péssima experiência 😞 estive com minha família por 18 dias nesse hotel e foi a pior parte de nossas férias. Único ponto forte foi a localização. Camas super estreitas (até o Lá Quinta tem cama melhor) banheiro minúsculo (precisa ficar ao lado do vaso para abrir ou fechar a porta). Local e café da manhã muito confuso, repetitivo e sujo. Agente tinha que disputar a mesa e limpá-la para poder usar. Não volto e não recomendo. Pior hotel que ficamos nos EUA.

Ótimo custo/benefício para um hotel parceiro da Universal. Muito perto! Dá pra ir andando, ou pegar um taxi por menos de US$5. É um hotel simples, e conta com um bom café da manhã e transfers grátis em vários horários para a Universal durante todo o dia.

Ótimo hotel. Café da manhã muito bom, melhor do que outros hotéis da mesma categoria em Orlando. Quarto espaçoso e confortável. Ótimo atendimento. Muito perto dos parques da Universal. Só tive um problema pois como estava com um bebê, providenciaram um cercadinho sem colchão ao invés de um berço. E o elevador demora bastante.

Excelente hotel! Amamos principalmente a localização, o café da manha também foi ótimo, sem contar que é um um hotel novinho...aprovadíssimo!!!!

Very nice and easy hotel. Great balanced breakfast. Only cons are the parking is not free and the shuttle does not run too frequently and you need to book a shuttle ride. As far as the hotel itself goes no complaints! Will be back

Segunda ves que visitamos el hotel y la experiencia cambio de aceptable a pésima elección. Primero que todo llegamos a una habitación sumamente sucia, daba la impresión de que no entraban desde que empezó el covid-19, había mucho polvo y mal olor. Al pedir al recepcionista que nos ofreciera una solución el se enojo demasiado y fue muy descortés e irritable. Hoy en el desayuno solo habian dos opciones, tostadas francesas que parecen cortes de sobra y ese bagel que está añejo, parece piedra de duro y muy poco apetitoso de solo mirarlo. Pésima pésima experiencia, los acensores no han tenido su mantención, puesto que suenan demasiado. El piso en todos los lugares esta sucio. Hasta ahora no he encontrado cosas positivas, solo se hace notar lo negativo.

Reserved at last minute. The checking in process was great. Customer service 5 stars. Room was neat but rugs were dirty... Reason for my 4 stars review.

Staff were super friendly. Breakfast was simple, but delicious. Location is superb. Will definitely be returning.

Muy decepcionante, la comida pesima, cuando reserve ofrecian servicio de buffet y solo te dan Beagals todos los dias y te racionan la comida, la verdad dejan mucho que decir, los que atienden no tienen la cultura del servicio y son muy despotas, ademas con el pretexto del Covid no hacen limpieza a las habitaciones, un desastre de hotel.

We stayed at this hotel over the 2020 Christmas season for four days to visit Universal Studios.First, the good. Although the hotel seemed like it is one of the older Hyatt Place hotels, it was clean. The bed was comfortable. The TV was big and had several premium channels. They did honor our “high floor” request. If you are up for it, you can walk to universal studios in about 20 minutes. It’s about a mile walk. They did hold our bags for the day after check out so we could go to Universal Studios.Now, the bad. Let me preface all of this by saying that I do understand that we are dealing with the coronavirus. Personally, I don’t think that is an excuse for anything I will discuss here. You decide for yourself. Let me start with the biggest issue. The shuttle bus to Universal Studios was a joke and worthless. We weren’t able to use it even once, going or coming from the park. We attempted to book it a day in advance to take it in the morning to the park, and it was always already full a day in advance. For return, the latest shuttle ran two hours before the parks closed, so that was pointless to us, too. The hotel seemed to have the stance that the shuttle service was through a private company, and therefore they had nothing to do with it. The breakfast was a joke. Each day you had the option of only one item. One day it was a bowl of instant oatmeal. Another day it was 5 sticks of frozen reheated french toast sticks that were cold and hard as a rock. The line for the breakfast was 20 minutes long and stretched around the lobby, as they only had one staff member distributing it to everyone in the hotel. There was no maid service for the room at all, and we weren’t told this when we checked in. We had to go to the front desk after our second day at the hotel and ask why we had no clean towels, and why the room wasn’t serviced. There was also no room nor hotel info of any kind in our room, such as a binder of information or electronic info on the tv. Overall, we felt like the staff was pretty distant and did not perform nor communicate well regarding the breakfast, the shuttle, and the maid service. Perhaps they were a little short staffed. I am not sure. As a side note, we didn’t drive, so we didn’t have to deal with this, but apparently there is a 15 dollar per day parking fee at the hotel, as well.

Great location and great staff,specially Danny one of the front desk employees helped in a lot of ways. I didn’t give it five stars because it doesn’t have housekeeping or cleaning and it wasn’t clearly warned in the reservation. Overall very good!!

Great experience so far at Hyatt! We booked a last minute weekend away and have had a blast! There was a minor issue with our shower and they immediately came and fixed it. I would definitely come and stay again.

I thought that our room was very nice and inviting. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the layout of the room. We will definitely come back here in the future

Nice but not the best HP that I've stayed in I should mention that the staff was very friendly and accommodating, the shuttles to and from Universal was timely and comfortable, breakfast had nice hot and cold selections, room was very clean and comfortable, and I would most definitely stay again! I just felt that it wasn't quite up to other HP I stayed at, but it was still very, very good!

Pagué en este hotel a través de Booking en Octubre. Se me cobró en Noviembre y luego el hotel me volvió a cobrar en Enero sin mi consentimiento. Me robaron dinero, no se alojen en este hotel. Una pesadilla! I paid for this hotel through Booking in October. I was charged in November and then the hotel charged me again in January without my consent. They stole money, don't stay at this hotel. A nightmare all of this! I want my money back!!!!!!!!!!!

Hotel algo anticuado. Baño pequeño. Cámas grandes y cómodas. Buen desayuno. Shuttle a Universal con plazas limitadas y aun reservando te puedes quedar en tierra.
