“O fator decisivo para ficar neste hotel foi por causa da comodidade da piscina coberta, depois que eu paguei online e chego ao hotel há uma placa que diz que a piscina está fora de serviço. Foi-me dito para falar com o gerente Scott pela manhã sobre esse inconveniente para oferecer algum tipo de reembolso ou crédito ou desconto futuro para corrigir isso. Afinal, a promessa do Hilton garden inn é se você não gostar de algo, diga a um membro da equipe e eles farão o certo. Eles não o fizeram e, portanto, não aderiram à sua “promessa”. Scott não ajudou em nada. Foi propaganda enganosa e péssimo atendimento. E ainda por cima, fiquei para o meu aniversário. Estou muito insatisfeito com este estabelecimento.”
