“Did not experienced their rooms. Went for company meeting, we never got hot drinks or biscuits, only water! No one came to see if we wanted anything! Would have been happy to pay for my own coffee if it would have been offered!”

“I am usually a great fan of Hilton's and they are my go to hotels across the UK and Ireland. They are, almost always, clean, well maintained and simply nice places to stay. This one doesn't quite hit the bar.
Firstly the building looks beautiful and the location is pretty good. However inside its a bit tired and old. The rooms are OK but you can tell they've not been refurbished for a long time. Clean enough though..
The restaurant is similar. I guess its OK but it looks like a bit like a school canteen.
Overall its definitely not a bad hotel but there are better Hilton's in London (West End, Tower of London, Islington to name but a few().”
