Atendimento, serviço, café da manhã, ambiente, vista, o cuidado e delicadeza de todo dia ao arrumarem a cama deixar uma caixinha de trufa sobre ela... Tudo perfeito!

Tudo excelente! Estamos há alguns dias para descansar e a escolha deste hotel foi um sucesso. Optamos pelo sistema tudo incluído, o que recomendo pois tem uma grande variedade de bebidas e a comida é muito boa (café da manhã/almoço/jantar) com muitas opções de escolha no buffet, à noite sempre havia um tema diferente para o jantar. Todo o pessoal tem sido muito gentil, amigável, tratamento muito próximo. O quarto é muito espaçoso, com um terraço muito agradável e uma cama muito confortável. O hotel tem várias piscinas incluindo uma piscina infantil, acesso directo à praia e a zona é muito tranquila. Para melhorar, posso dizer que, embora os quartos sejam muito bem cuidados, um toque mais moderno não faria mal. Recomendo este hotel.

Todo Excelente! Hemos estado unos días para descansar y ha sido todo un acierto la elección de este hotel. Hemos ido en régimen todo incluido, el cual recomiendo ya que tiene gran variedad de bebidas y la comida es muy buena (desayuno/comida/cena) con muchas opciones para escoger en el bufé, por las noches siempre hubo una temática diferente de las cenas. Todo el personal ha sido muy amable, simpáticos, trato muy cercano. La habitación es muy amplia, con una terraza muy agradable y la cama muy cómoda. El hotel tiene varias piscinas incluida una infantil, acceso directo a la playa y la zona es muy tranquila. Para mejorar podría decir que aunque las habitaciones están muy bien cuidadas, un toque más moderno no les vendría mal. Muy recomendable este hotel.

The hotel was great, my only concern was the food did not meet my expectations. We had the all inclusive package and the food provided was just a bit dull for me. We often had to dine out, which is ok but I would prefer that to be a choice rather than being forced to eat elsewhere. I expect due to the size of the complex, this means the hotel is about a 15-20 minute walk from the lighthouse. Where most of the action takes place. Again not a huge issue but also not easily accessible if you wish for something quick etc.

Atención por parte del personal excelente. A la llegada al hotel nos ofrecieron una bebida de bienvenida en lo que nos llevaban el equipaje a la habitación. La habitación muy bien, impecable y cómoda. Tienen aire acondicionado y un armario para la ropa bastante amplio. Todos los días por la tarde, tienen el detalle de pasarse por la habitación a dejarte unos bombones. Las instalaciones muy bien, con una piscina climatizada y otra con vistas al mar. La comida del restaurante Tamadaba, tanto en el desayuno como en la cena, en general muy buena. Asimismo tienen una terraza disponible para comer fuera y por la noche tienen justo al lado de la misma música en directo. Lo único reseñable es la diferencia de la atención dentro y fuera del restaurante, que dentro es un poco más caótico y a veces las formas del personal pues pueden ser un poco bruscas, pero fuera es totalmente lo contrario, muy amables y relajados todo el tiempo. También tienen otros restaurantes en el hotel que, en caso de haber contratado las comidas, puedes hacer reserva para comer en cualquiera de ellos. El día del check out te ofrecen dos opciones de check out late: una opción es, si quieres hacer uso de la habitación, pagas 45€ y la puedes utilizar hasta las 18:00h; la otra opción, gratuita, es abandonar la habitación a las 12:00h y hacer uso de las instalaciones durante el día, dándote al final del mismo una habitación de cortesía para que puedas ducharte y cambiarte antes de irte.

The main restaurant, bar and entertainment staff are great and really made our trip enjoyable. The hotel facilities sadly not as high…I would say this hotel is great for children over 6, we have a 1 year old and not having a restaurant accessible 24/7 didn’t work for us. Ended up feeding her, porridge and beans for most of the trip. As the restaurant’s timings didn’t work as quite late, they did try and provide veg/purées for certain times but got lost in communication and when finally received more like soup.The cleanliness of the rooms isn’t great, always finding dust and hair, with a crawling/walking baby not what you need. Often the balcony wasn’t cleaned and I don’t think the room was ever mopped. Cups and glasses were never replenished. The shower went from cold to scolding and the bedding was tatty.As for the Privilege extras, it wasn’t worth it. The robe had holes in and the slippers were cheap. The brasserie is lovely but the staff not so, especially with a young child. The Gaudi restaurant; we didn’t even get past the host as they were rude, the menu was limited and there was no ambience.The location is good until nighttime especially at the weekend, as the local bar/club played music until 2/4am and local residents on the other-side also had a party in the street.The pools are lovely but not great for children as all 1.45m deep.As I say, most of the staff are lovely and the food is tasty but needs to be a bit more accessible for a toddler. It has the potential to be excellent but could do with some work from the top.

Really nice hotel. We had a suite and it was lovely, the bath and bed were massive! The bed was super comfy. There are three pools which are all very nice. It's super close to the beach. The staff are all lovely. The food was good, we had the buffet all inclusive. I didnt like the breakfast meat very much. But wverything else was very tasty with a huge variety of options. Overall a great experience. Would definitely come back!

Hotel de 10.. como indica su marca.Soy agente de viajes y conozco varios hoteles de la zona. Quería compartir que este que no conocía, me ha sorprendido para muy bien. Recomiendo reservar habitación vista mar para disfrutar de las vistas. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y la terraza enorme. El baño muy grande con todo lo que puedes necesitar...amenities, secador de pelo potente, espejo de aumento.. etc. Especial mención a todo el personal del hotel, a los camareros del bar, el servicio de habitaciones, restaurantes... Gracias por tener de todo y esos postres tan buenos sin gluten (Milgracias Castaño). Sin dudael personal del hotel añadís una estrella más al hotel. Gracias por todo, seguro que volveremos y os mandaremos a muchos clientes!!

estupenda estancia. el personal muy amable y resolutivo. a las habitaciones les hacen falta un poco de modernización y cambiar algún colchón. no había animación durante el día, solo espectáculo por la noche que estuvo muy bien. el todo incluido es de los mejores en los que he estado

El hotel es excepcional, celebramos nuestra boda en sus instalaciones, y cabe señalar que el trato, la comida y todo en general es de 10. Nos alojamos en el hotel varias noches tanto nosotros como nuestros familiares y amigos , 16 habitaciones y todos coincidimos las excelentes instalaciones y calidad de comida mientras estuvimos alojados en media pensión. Felicitaciones a todo el personalrecepción, limpieza, cocina, camareros, relaciones públicas, dirección por el magnífico trabajo que realizan. Las vistas son maravillosas.

Unique hotel by the beach, felt like we were in the flintstones in a good way, food was good for a buffet, something for everyone. Room was a good size but needs modernising a bit, a plus is no one overlooks anyone. Staff were great and friendly, they kept the place clean, both pools were of a good size and had a great setting. Would go back again.

Cosas buenas: la gente muy amable y atenta; hotel en general bonito, dos restaurantes a la carta interesantes, ambiente cómodo, ubicación apartada pero muy cómodo por su tranquilidad. Cosas a mejorar: algo desorganizado en limpieza de habitaciones, tienes que bajar tu la ropa para tintorería y sobretodo el aire acondicionado no enfría, con calor desde luego lo puedes pasar mal.

We stayed here for 3 night with all inclusive in a suite. I already live in Gran Canaria so it was a last minute break for us. We really enjoyed it here, the pools are very nice and it always feel quiet enough to relax. The meals at the buffet restaurant were good, but I think they drastically decrease the quality of foods used for breakfast compared to lunch and dinner. The staff are all very nice, the only issue with them was that they almost always gave us an alcoholic drink when we asked for non alcohol, but it wasn’t a problem as they would replace them when told them. The location of the hotel is nice and quiet on the quieter side of Maspalomas. It’s perfect for me because I hate crowds and night life but for others this may be disadvantage. the beach just below the hotel is very nice too.

This is the best hotel we have visited anywhere in the world. If you choose All Inclusive it really means it. The food quality and choices are far superior to any cruise ship and the staff cannot be faulted. The location is quiet but a short walk along an esplanade takes you to Maspalomas where there is plenty of activity. Every evening there is a show and there is something for everyone at some time during your stay.

We had the most amazing trip with our child. My husband and I were able to relax while our child is having a great time at the Daisy Club. Zed, Janice, Victor and Noemi where all fantastic child minders and group leaders. Everyday, they had different activities ranging from crafts, sports and culminating with the kids disco with Daisy. They kept all activities fun and engaging for the children and even for us parents. You can really sense that they are well trained in handling groups of small children. The Hotel itself is amazing. We were treated with great food everyday and the staff are all hospitable. Rooms are likewise great. We loved the pillows and we slept soundly at night after a relaxing day by the pool. We would highly recommend H10. If you have kids and longing to have that me-time with your partner or spouse, this hotel is the best place to go to. You can relax and have the peace of mind that your child is enjoying the vacation as well.

Mucho ruido, música y gritos exterior en las habitaciones que impiden descansar. No había espacio y hamacas suficientes en las piscinas y muchas de ellas estás ocupadas con objetos personales. Mientras cenábamos o almorzábamos nos recogieron y limpiaron la mesa hasta en 3 ocasiones incluso con elementos personales en ella. El check in y out muy muy lento! Tampoco es muy elegante entrar a las habitaciones y abrir la puerta sin previo aviso estando en el interior. No volveremos a este lugar porque el recuerdo no es grato. Saludos

Um mega hotel (ou resort) espanhol clássico para férias, onde, no entanto, os detalhes são muito precisos e a atenção ao hóspede é muito alta. Espaços amplos, um jardim cheio de plantas luxuriantes, várias piscinas (desde a fresca e salgada com cascata, às mais quentes, à de hidromassagem, à infantil), muitas espreguiçadeiras e guarda-sóis, três restaurantes, quase 400 quartos, o restaurante principal para 600 lugares totais, estacionamento coberto, ginásio, spa, praia oceânica a 100 m, com uma agradável caminhada de cerca de 2 km até as dunas naturais. Pode-se pensar em um lugar caótico, com muitas pessoas, mas é tão grande e bem projetado (em vários andares) que há sempre uma espreguiçadeira livre, uma mesa disponível no restaurante, uma piscina quase vazia. Muito prestativo e gentil na recepção, sempre pronto para dar uma mão. À noite também há alguma animação, durante o dia alguma animação, mas sem ser invasivo ou caciaroni. No dia da partida também nos deram (gratuitamente) uma sala de apoio por uma hora para tomarmos banho e nos arrumarmos depois do dia na piscina, antes de irmos para o aeroporto. Relação qualidade/preço muito elevada. Quartos enormes com muita privacidade. Muito relaxamento e tranquilidade, hotel arquitetonicamente agradável, jardins verdes. A única falha, mas só é válida para nós italianos: a qualidade da comida não é excelente, muita escolha, mas muitas vezes os sabores dos vários pratos não são muito saborosos e as massas devem ser evitadas. Mas é cozinha internacional e quem não é italiano tem um padrão de julgamento bem diferente do nosso. Mas isso não afeta minha classificação final de 5 estrelas.

The hotel was excellent. Really good location, rooms good and spacious, pools and pool area beautiful. Cleanliness in all areas was meticulous. Staff extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Food choices extensive and very good. Terrific stay.

El Hotel es una maravilla, buenas instalaciones, muy limpio, cómodo, la oferta gastronómica simplemente perfecta, pero sin duda lo que más valoro es que te hacen sentir como en tu casa, los empleados son de 10 sin duda el mejor hotel en el que he estado, volveremos seguro. Mi más cordial enhorabuena a la dirección del Hotel y a todo su equipo.

Nice hotel, although a little bit old. Overall very good service, and food was also quite decent for a buffet style serving with decent variety. Staying and the ground floor (rooms 1xx) is not recommended if you are sensitive to noise as there is a night club opposite of the road.
