“Spacious and comfortable room. Connection speed of WiFi and Internet via LAN cable is bad and sporadic line disconnect. Breakfast spread is reasonably good but the serving staff there could have been more friendly and better for them to assign tables to guests (especially breakfast time). There were times some new guests will occupy my seat when I went to take my food. Good location, close to spas and Wanda Plaza. The hot water in the bathroom could be hotter, important during this time where it’s winter. Very courteous and efficient housekeeping staff.”
