“Serviço a ser melhorado, principalmente limpeza de quartos.- No primeiro dia, o quarto não foi limpo / preparado para a nossa chegada- Sem copos de café, sem kits de cuidados ... sem escova de dentes depois que pedimos que trouxessem apenas um- 2º dia o quarto não foi limpo, depois de pedirem eles vieram mas tivemos que esperar na varanda para eles terminarem a limpeza .... com lâmpadas quebradas sem luz na varanda.- Embora tivéssemos colocado o sinal de «não perturbe» (temos um bebê dormindo) ... isso não impediu que a campainha tocasseEste era um quarto premium, não consigo imaginar o que é um quarto standard, talvez no estacionamento 🤔Não entendo porque este hotel tem 5 estrelas, máximo 3Primeira vez no Hotel Accord e a última.”

“Um lindo lugar para ficar com funcionários simpáticos e bom serviço. O estúdio é bem projetado e espaçoso, perfeito para uma família com crianças. Existem três grandes piscinas e uma praia de bom tamanho. Não poderíamos nadar no oceano e usar o parque aquático inflável por causa das águas-vivas, mas poderia ser sazonal. O restaurante de frutos do mar - a lagosta cobre é excelente.”
