Propriedade muito agradável, a maioria dos funcionários foi amigável. Quarto era limpo e eles têm uma pequena piscina coberta e deck. O café da manhã foi assim, basicamente igual aos outros desde a pandemia. O único inconveniente foi uma oferta muito limitada de alimentos no mercado hoteleiro. Se você ficar aqui, precisará de um carro, pois há opções muito limitadas de comida e suprimentos nas imediações. Boa seleção de canais a cabo. Ficaria novamente se for necessário.

Very nice property, for the most part staff was friendly. Room was clean and they have a small indoor pool and sun deck. The breakfast was so so, basically the same as others since the pandemic. The only draw back was a very limited offering of food items in the hotel market . If you stay here you will need a car as there are very limited options for food and supplies in the immediate area. Good selection of cable channels. Would stay again if the need arises.

Se hospedado por duas noites. Quarto confortável limpo. Os funcionários foram simpáticos. A mulher que trabalhava na recepção durante o dia e o homem que estava lá à noite 8/6 foram muito simpáticos e prestativos.

Stayed for two nights . Clean comfy room . The staff were friendly . The woman that worked the front desk during the day and the man that was there in the evening 8/6 were so nice and helpful .

O hotel precisa de uma grande atualização. Os quartos parecem velhos e cheiram a mofo. O tapete parece desagradável e parece que não é aspirado há algum tempo. Não vale o dinheiro que pagamos. Ficamos em vários Fairfield Inns e nenhum foi tão ruim. A equipe foi boa, mas não vamos ficar neste estabelecimento novamente.

The hotel needs major updating. The rooms look old and smell of mildew. The carpet looks nasty and looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed in a while. It is not worth the money we paid. We’ve stayed a several Fairfield Inns and none were this bad. The staff was nice , but we will not stay at this property again.

Após uma escala não programada em DFW, a American Airlines escolheu este hotel para minha escala de pernoite. Depois de ler os comentários eu não estava ansioso para a minha estadia, mas aqui está o meu comentário! O hotel ficava a menos de 30 minutos do DFW, $ 37 via Uber nos dois sentidos. Lotes de estacionamento... Mas localizado longe de qualquer coisa de interesse. Check-in foi fácil e amigável (acho que foi Tyler), que foi capaz de informar que Whataburger estava a uma curta distância (menos de 7 minutos), e eu fui para o meu quarto. Tanto o quarto quanto o banheiro eram limpos e arejados, com ferro e tábua de passar, microondas, TV grande e comodidades para fazer café. Com meu vôo às 21h, verifiquei com a simpática senhora da recepção que estendeu minha estadia para 15h. Café-da-manhã foi um assunto muito simples, o suficiente para você em seu caminho, mas não uma grande variedade de opções. Eu classificaria como 4 estrelas, perdendo uma estrela pela localização e instalações, mas se você for ficar apenas uma noite para descansar e ter um carro, tudo bem!

Nossa família estava lá para um funeral. E vocês, funcionários da recepção em todos os turnos, ajudaram nossa família acima e além, somos muito gratos. E o café da manhã foi incrível. After an unscheduled layover in DFW, American Airlines chose this hotel for my overnight layover. After reading the reviews I wasn't looking forward to my stay, but here's my review! The hotel was less than 30 minutes from DFW, $37 via Uber both ways. Lots of parking... But located away from anything of interest. Check in was easy and friendly (I think it was Tyler), who was able to advise that Whataburger was in walking distance (less than 7 minutes), and I was off to my room. Both the room and bathroom was clean and fresh, with iron and ironing board, microwave, large TV, and proper coffee making facilities. With my flight at 21.00 I checked with the nice lady on the front desk who extended my stay to 15.00.... Perfect! Breakfast was a very simple affair, enough to get you on your way, but not a huge range of options. I'd rate as 4 stars, losing a star for location and facilities, but if you're just staying a night for a rest and have a car you're all good!

Our family was there for a funeral. And you front desk workers on all shift helped our family above and beyond we are so greatful. And the breakfast was amazing. Loved all the breakfast options they provided!! Everything was fresh !!! Our trip due to being a sad trip. O cavalheiro que nos registrou no hotel esta noite foi extremamente rude. Quando minha família entrou no quarto do hotel, os cavalheiros não falaram, eu tive que falar com ele, o que, ok, eu entendo que nem todos aprenderam atendimento ao cliente, mas trabalhando em hospitalidade, você pensaria que alguém foi treinado nisso. Meus quartos foram pagos via cartão de crédito, no entanto, os senhores disseram que apenas uma noite estava sendo paga, pois eu estava mostrando todo o fim de semana cobrado. Eu nunca reservei quartos e paguei apenas por uma noite adiantada e pague o resto quando chegar lá! Desde quando isso é uma coisa? e novamente recebo um e-mail mostrando quando foi cobrado e o valor total. Ele então reembolsou meu cartão de crédito e cobrou meu cartão de débito pelo total. Também solicitei especificamente quartos conjugados e me disseram que não poderia tê-los quando chegasse lá. Eram três filhos do meu marido e, embora estivesse tudo bem nos separar, não deveríamos ter que fazê-lo. Nós nem deitamos a cabeça durante a noite e estou muito chateado e irritado com este hotel e não voltarei nem recomendarei.

The gentleman that checked us into the hotel tonight was extremely rude. When my family walked into the hotel room the gentlemen didn’t speak I had to speak to him which okay I understand not everyone has been taught customer service but working in hospitality you would think one has been trained on it. My rooms were paid for via credit card however the gentlemen said only one night was showing paid for I was showing the entire weekend charged. I’ve never booked rooms and only paid for one night upfront and pay the rest when you get there! Since when is that a thing? and again I have an email showing when it was charged and for the total amount. He then refunded my credit card and charged my debit card for the total. I also specifically requested adjoined rooms and was told I couldn’t have them when I got there. It was my husband three kids and so and while it was okay to separate us we shouldn’t have had to. We haven’t even laid our heads down for the night and I am highly upset and annoyed with this hotel and will not return nor recommend.

Mais uma vez o melhor hotel em que fiquei, não apenas Dallas/fort worth, mas mesmo contando todos os estados para os quais viajo. Esses caras são confiáveis, trabalhadores, justos, confiáveis. Quartos limpos, sempre perfeitos... 0 reclamações. Mudei de hotéis de escolha e wydman, abrindo mão do meu status de membro diamante em ambos para ficar nos hotéis Marriott ... e, embora eu ache todos eles fenomenais, este é literalmente excelente. A equipe da recepção de manhã e à noite é respeitável e até mesmo a limpeza e a equipe alternativa vão te agradar. Obrigado pela estadia.

Again best hotel I've stayed at, not just dallas/fort worth, but even counting all the states I travel to. These guys are reliable, hardworking, fair, dependable. Clean rooms, always perfect... 0 complaints. I switched from choice hotels and wydman, giving up my diamond member status in both to stay at Marriott hotels... and although I find them all phenomenal, this one is literally outstanding. The front desk staff morning and night are respectable and even the cleaning and alternative staff will great you. Thank you for the stay.

Las habitaciones agradables, el desayuno muy bien,solo la alberca no se ve como en las fotos y no se nada de albercas pero creo que el cloro era exsesivo ya que es adentro, me dolieron los ojos y los niños tuvieron los ojos irritados durante y despues de la alberca

Absolutamente sucio, viejo, dejado. Mi baño tiene pelo, la puerta del mismo tiene unas manchas pegajosas evidentes y de fácil ver para que la empleada encargada lo vea y que menos que lo limpie, es su trabajo. Nos encontramos una manzana bajo a la cama y una tapa de una botella de agua. Huele mal. Camas cómodas. El empleado de la recepción amable, correcto. Nada recomendable. En cuanto al desayuno regular, contaba con alguna variedad pero es lo estándar en los hoteles Americanos. El sitio donde se encontraba el desayuno era caótico por su tamaño, nos encontramos con una gran cantidad de personas en un super pequeño espacio,era agobiante, incomodo y desagradable, era como comer que todos a la vez escuchando sus conversaciones, oliendo su aliento sin saber quienes son ... de paso se le suma el calor de las las mismas personas mas el de las maquinas ... era una autentica catástrofe el desayuno.
