“I accidentally booked my check in for the date of my flight, I needed the check in for a day after as I was coming from Canada. I had to cancel my reservation and then make a new one .. I lost the pricing and the type of room I had for the first reservation. We got to the hotel, I was able to check in a bit earlier than the check in time. Walked into my room to see it was already being used .. we were given a room where someone was already occupying it. We saw a luggage, unmade bed etc. Thank God whoever was staying in that room was not in the room at the time. We told the receptionist and they apologized, later that day we came back to our room to see complimentary fruits, sparkling water and a letter apologizing for the mix up. The bartender was super friendly and nice! 10/10. At the start of my stay, I had asked for slippers and the receptionist said they are in the room but they were not. I went back down later that day and was told someone would bring it up. No one did. I asked again and they said the same thing. Fourth time asking, and was told they had no more. Kind of annoying I had to ask 4 times. The water in the shower literally takes 20-30 minutes to warm up. The cleaning lady threw my clothes I had in the bathroom that was hanging on a hanger in the bathtub .. unsure why but that made me upset and confused. Lastly, on our way downstairs to check out. There was puke on the carpets, on the wall and garbage by the elevator. Not sure if I would stay here again. The parking is very limited, free parking in front of the hotel, on the hotels side. If you park on the wrong side or too far from the hotel, you will get a ticket. You can park underground but it is 15 Euros a day.”

“Fantastic hotel in a great the location of Lisbon. Hotel was clean, rooms spacious and comfortable, sort walk to metro and surrounded by high end retail and good selection of restaurants. Staff were excellent and I would thoroughly recommend staying here.
