Room was good. Extensive marijuana smell down the hallway, no free breakfast if you don't book it as such. No moisturizer. Still it was a centrally located area with tons of things to do nearby. I liked the small pool and hot tub. Lobby bar was a tad bit expensive but good to have. Will recommend if you can live with the negatives.

I’m currently staying at this hotel. Many amenities are comparable to other Courtyard hotels. But I’ve never seen a hotel pool that doesn’t open until 12pm each day. Also the fitness center is small and very basic. The worst was the hotel turning off the water without notice. I was taking a shower when suddenly the water stopped. I checked the bathroom faucet, and no water was available there either. I called the front desk and learned the water had been shut off to fix a hot water issue. Certainly understand the need, but hotel guests should be notified first. I doubt that I will stay at this hotel again.

We recently held a corporate event here and I can’t thank them enough. Everything we agreed upon happened without a hitch. No technical issues, the room was ready when we arrived early, management was super responsive the morning of when we had a few last minute seating changes, etc. They worked with our outside caterer and cleaned everything up when we were done. The staff and set up made for an amazing event and it was a huge success. I can’t thank them enough.

I am a frequent patron of Marriott and the Courtyard brand, but this place did not meet my usual expectations. The lobby looked clean and renovated but consistently smelled like the devil's lettuce the night we arrived. We were disappointed that the bistro and bar were not open during typical evening hours, which is an expected amenity at Courtyard properties. The room itself had a very awkward layout with a useless uncomfortable loveseat in the corner. The air conditioning system and thermostat did not work properly. The Wall thermostat did not work at all and had to be controlled at the wall unit. The automatic fan on the wall unit did not function and we had to leave the fan constantly on. The body wash dispenser was on the floor of the tub when we arrived. The shower head and diverter did not work properly. There was some weird bubbly sticker placed over a dirty tub basin and mold on the shower bar. Additionally, the shower was missing a waterproof liner resulting in a saturated cloth curtain. After a long day on the road we didn't want to deal with a room change. On the plus side, the hotel is in a great location with lots of dining/shopping options within walking distance or a short drive. The hotel also appeared to have a relatively large selection of market items a available at the front desk. The bed was a little firmer than I prefer, but it was comfortable. Be aware that like at all Courtyard properties, breakfast is not included and must be purchased at the bistro. We did not try it as the menu was a bit overpriced, so I cannot comment on the food and service quality.

Nice clean hotel. Besides the bath/shower not being very big, it was a nice stay. Usually there is a lock on the windows to prevent you from opening, but not here! And my window was missing the screen. So that was wierd, but I liked it as I am an Amateur Radio Operator and I was able to put a small antenna on the ledge of the window. Great location close to lots of restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay here again of I am in the area.
