Bem, eu não estive em nenhum outro motel nesta área, mas uma pousada confortável é como a maioria das pousadas conforto. Confortável, acessível, limpo e até a cama não era tão ruim para dormir.

Well I haven't been to any other motel in this area, but a comfort inn is just like most comfort inns. Comfortable, affordable, clean, and even the bed wasn't half bad to sleep on.

Customer service was HORRIBLE!!!!! The staff (especially the lady named Maria) were EXTREMELY RUDE to us. My wife was pouring herself a cup of apple juice at like 903 in the morning and I guess they changed the times on breakfast from 10 to 9 now and the lady came over and turned the juice machine off while she was pouring the juice!!! I have been a member of choice hotels since 2005 and I PROMISE YOU I WILL NEVER STAY AT ANOTHER ONE AGAIN. WHO TREATS THERE CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT????

I love the quality sleep and the Good breakfast they serve....I would love to come again...Great place to spend the night.

This is a pleasant, convenient, and comfortable inn. A little worn around the edges, but that is surpassed by the warm and helpful attitude of the staff. If you're looking for a spa experience, save everyone from heartburn and book a room elsewhere. Please note that Covid-19 precautions (masks in all public spaces including check-in) are enforced.

Do not stay at this hotel, it is infested with cockroaches. We had them in our room and they would not refund our money. The staff is extremely rude. They said that they would exterminate our room and shampoo the carpet and change all the bedding and the only thing that they did was spray the room with Raid! Then when we told her that was not right and what did that constitute, she said that if we didn't leave, she was calling the cops. I tried to call the Corporate Office today and after being on hold for over 30 minutes, I was told that they would send my complaint to the same person that refused to speak to us, The Manager and they would contact me within 72 hours and if I don't hear from them in that time, I should call back. What a Joke This is!!!!!
