Excelente estadia. Não se queixa. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos, definitivamente voltarei novamente. Os quartos são muito limpos, vamos voltar com certeza. Esquecemos alguns itens, tenho certeza de que voltaremos na próxima vez, vamos fazer o check-in.

Ótimos quartos, café da manhã continental, fitness center suficiente, wi-fi, grande piscina! Ofurô também! Geladeira, microondas, cofre, ar condicionado e secador de cabelo no quarto! Eles também oferecem artigos de toalete de cortesia se você esqueceu qualquer um dos seus! Eles têm loção, escovas de dente, pasta de dentes, lâminas de barbear, creme de barbear, itens de senhoras, sabão e muitas outras necessidades. Área de fumantes no exterior, janelas abertas um pouco se desejado, e a cereja no topo do bolo; o meu favorito era a água infundida laranja no lobby. Delicioso!

A equipe do hotel era agradável e prestativa. No entanto, este Comfort Inn precisa de um tratamento sério para trazê-lo aos padrões "normais" do Comfort Inn. Infelizmente, não vou ficar neste novamente.

Hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. However, this Comfort Inn is in need of serious TLC to bring it up to "normal" Comfort Inn standards. Sadly, I won't stay at this one again.

They had no power electricity: no internet, no T.V. total darknesd from 11pm till 5:30 am. around 7:00am ither their staff or other guest were yelling.. i talked to the lady in charge supouse manager " at front desk around 8 am. to complain about the noise and black out the previous night but she was beating around the bush avoiding me and denying the complaint.. finally they didnt reemboose me nothing. Because they said i stayed there anyways but they charged me in advance in a travel app so wouldn't get my money back until severl business days horrible experience

É definitivamente um hotel para fumantes. Se gosta de fumar no seu quarto (o que quiser), pode definitivamente fugir. Hotel está em uma forma bastante difícil - não familiar. A equipe da recepção é atenciosa e amigável. Vimos dois quartos e decidimos sair.

It is definitely a smoking hotel. If you like to smoke in your room (whatever you want) you can definitely get away with it. Hotel is in pretty rough shape - not family friendly. Front desk staff is accommodating and friendly.We saw two rooms and decided to leave.

Upon arrival I was rudely greeted by one of the staff. I walked up to the desk, kindly said hello and was ignored, had a finger put in my face and was told ‘wait’. No please, no thank you, completely abrupt like so. Then after 6 minutes of standing in front of her, with an already booked reservation mind you, i kindly asked if she would take a moment away from her phone call so I could get my baby and husband out of the car as we had been traveling a few hours, and he had to be at work in less than an hour. We were an hour late for check in due to traffic, which didn’t seem to matter because the room which was supposed to be ready at 3 wasn’t ready until after 4. When I finally asked to speak to the manager on duty, I was told by the woman who originally helped me that she left a note for the manager since she was on a call. When the manager addressed me she was very helpful at first and quickly said she was sorry for the inconvenience and would be happy to assure the room was ready in just a few minutes. As she was finishing checking me in she had explained my room wasn’t paid for, even though I had put my card information in, so I informed her I had to go to the bank to withdraw money. She reminded me to keep in mind that there would be an extra $50 added to the total price as a deposit for the room. I returned to the hotel 15 minutes after the bank, proceeded to finish checking in with the employee who originally helped me, and yet again ran into another problem. I was told that since I was now paying with cash and not a card the deposit would be $200 instead of $50!!!! I immediately asked to speak with the manager again and had explained that there was no way I could possibly make that happen since I just withdrew almost $300 for the stay already. I asked her why she wouldn’t have informed me of that when U was standing in front of her not even 15 minutes before that, and her exact response was ‘well it doesn’t have to be said since it’s on the website’. I explained that I was really over the whole situation and just wanted to go to my room so my daughter could be out of the car after hours and my husband could get to work (he’s an essential worker which is why we are traveling). When we arrived inside the room it was clean and all yes, but wasn’t what we were promised upon booking our reservation. I’m usually not one for bad reviews, I typically take my concerns to the management, however when I tried explaining to the manager that I wasn’t the happiest with the way I was being treated as a paying customer, she proceeded to tell me ‘well you just must not travel a lot because this is standard for hotels’ and I quickly told her ‘actually ma'am I’m a club promoter my job literally consists of booking hotels and experiences for people for the past 2 years, and i’ve been traveling all over the world for the past 3 years..’ and before I had even finished she said ‘here’s your key you can go to your room now’. Will 100% not be returning and will 100% be reaching out to choice hotels and comfort inn headquarters.

This Hotel is one of the best ones I've visited in the San Diego area. It's easy to get to (right off freeway), clean, and innovative. Why innovative? It was the first to offer breakfast in the morning by preparing a bag of popular breakfast items during the covid-19 breakout. Most other hotels missed out on this idea. With great rates, they make it easy to Enjoy your stay.

Great rooms, continental breakfast, sufficient fitness center, wifi, great pool! Hot tub too! Refrigerator, microwave, safe, air con, and hair dryer in the room! Also they provide complimentary toiletries if you forgot any of yours! They have lotion, toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shaving cream, ladies items, soap, and many other necessities. Smoking area outside, Windows open a little if desired, and the icing on the cake; my favorite was the Orange infused water in the lobby. Delicious!

Excelent stay. No complains. Employees were very friendly, definitely will come back again. Rooms are very clean, we will come back for sure. We forgot some items, I'm very sure that we'll get it back next time, we'll check in.
