“The staff went over and beyond the manager as well smiles right from the front door friendly. I asked for 11 am check in time the original room they had for us wasn’t ready so they switched it too another wow and the room was quite spacious and clean too the hills. Will definitely stay there again”

“Issues with the timing of room availability, pool and hot tub mechanical issues, supplies in the room for our use, and sauna used as a smoking room, made this one night visit less than stellar. Maybe the timing was just bad. Anyway, for a $186 suite, I expect things to go better.”
