La estancia es agradable, el servicio es aceptable, aunque tardaron demasiado en darnos las habitaciones, además que la alberca al estar en la terraza y sin techo está expuesta a las lluvias y al frío.

Nunca he hecho uso de este hotel y no creo hacerlo nunca pues soy de la Ciudad de México, tampoco conozco a nadie que se haya hospedado ahi así que no puedo decir ni fue mi fa.

Desde que escrevi meu comentário, o hotel pediu ao booking.com para remover meu comentário, pois não fiquei no hotel. A razão pela qual eu não fiquei no hotel é O HOTEL FOI VENDIDO.Prós: Nenhum. Contras: O hotel estava lotado e eles não tinham quartos sobrando quando cheguei à meia-noite para minha reserva que garanti com um cartão de crédito com meses de antecedência. Isso é uma piada absoluta e qualquer hotel que coloque seus clientes e agentes de atendimento ao cliente nesse tipo de posição deve ter vergonha. NÃO RESERVE ESTE HOTEL se você realmente quiser aparecer e ter um quarto pronto.

Fiz uma reserva de 27 de maio de 2022 a 30 de maio de 2022. Minha reserva foi através do Travel Point para o hotel City Centro Ciudad de Mexico. Depois de um vôo de 9 horas dos Estados Unidos. Cheguei em 27 de maio, o ar condicionado do meu quarto e o ar condicionado do quarto da minha irmã não estavam funcionando. Meu quarto pessoalmente estava quente. Liguei 3 vezes naquela noite porque não consegui dormir devido à temperatura no quarto. A manhã seguinte. O ar condicionado do meu quarto e o da minha irmã estavam dando ar quente. Falei com a recepção, o engenheiro veio arrumar o quarto da minha irmã. No entanto, meu quarto ainda estava quente. Perdemos nosso passeio devido à espera pela correção do quarto. Saímos por 7 horas para voltar e descobrir que o ar condicionado do meu quarto não estava funcionando. Pedi para falar com o gerente e ele não estava presente. Pedi para falar com o gerente por telefone, o gerente não quis falar por telefone. Pedi para ser transferido para outro quarto e me disseram que não havia quarto disponível. O gerente se ofereceu para nos dar uma bebida para o nosso problema. 2 dias de problemas de ar condicionado para 2 quartos para oferecer apenas 2 bebidas: muito insultante. Além disso, não bebo álcool. Eu pedi um reembolso ou fui transferido para outro (hotel irmão/irmão) e o gerente se recusou a aprovar. Foi-me dito que eu precisaria pagar pelo meu próprio quarto se eu sair.Enquanto isso, alguém foi enviado ao meu quarto para confirmar que o ar condicionado do quarto não estava funcionando. A pessoa do serviço confirmou que meu quarto estava quente. A essa altura, perdi minha reserva para o jantar. Eles finalmente decidiram me mudar para outro quarto. Não estou satisfeito com o serviço e como o gerente não estava presente. O hotel mentiu sobre não ter outro quarto e o inconveniente de perder minha reserva de passeio e jantar. A equipe do hotel foi amigável, mas o gerente tratou isso errado. Para o hotel ser tão moderno e agradável, este serviço não valia a pena. Eu deveria ter sido reembolsado pelo menos por esses 2 dias ou pelo menos compensado por minha irmã e eu problemas e não apenas oferecido algumas bebidas. Enquanto falamos, a sala agora tem ar condicionado funcionando, mas eles continuaram controlando a temperatura ambiente. O quarto estava muito frio à noite. Toda vez que eu desliguei, o escritório ligou novamente. Esta foi mais uma noite de não descanso devido à regulação da temperatura no quarto controlada pela Recepção. Ridículo.Ridículo.

Bonita decoración industrial, buena ubicación, mis peros son en la recamara el AC no enfría adecuadamente se sentía muy húmedo el cuarto dando un olor un poco desagradable, el tamaño de la mesa de trabajo/escritorio es muy pequeño en esa mesa se encuentran cafetera, lámpara, vasos, tazas y botellitas de agua, aún quit do alguna de las cosas queda muy poco espacio para una laptop y trabajar con comodidad. La cortina del baño tenía un fuerte olor a humedad.

El edificio como tal es muy lindo, la decoración es muy linda, pero eso no es todo lo que necesita unhuesped, estuvimos 6 noches, y desde que llegamos el aire Acondicionado no funcionaba, literalmente nos estaban mintiendo diciendo que estaba en mantenimiento y que funcionaria en la noche, incluso enviaban al ingeniero a chequear el aire, el decía si esta noche funciona, 2 dias antes de irnos nos querian cambiar de cuarto. Ya mi esposo estaba molesto y no quiso cambiarse porque escuchamos a otros huéspedes quejarse de lo mismo. Pedimos que no entraran a la hab. Y entraron! El sitio se siente pesado, osea no se ve alegria ni abundancia. La solución no es pedir disculpas, en eso son buenísimos. Si van a tener un negocio, háganlo bien y sin mentirle al cliente.

Disappointed!! Reservations were made 2 weeks in advance. We arrived to the hotel Friday night at 8pm to check in but the hostess reported the all rooms were booked, they had no rooms available for the rest of the weekend. We were left without a room late at night with our kids. We had to search for available hotels late at night. This is unprofessional, never has this happened with any other hotel line. Be cautious when booking here.. they are difficult to get a hold of on the phone.

We made a reservation here for this weekend and when we arrived for check in they told usthey no longer had rooms available as if we were doing a walk in. They over booked the hotel and denied my reservation Even though it was made months in advanced. Me and my mom were looking forward to staying here as we've heard some good things about the place, but it turned out to be a terrible experience and a headache. They did walk us over two doors down to Punto MX to make a reservation there and I would definitely recommend Punto MX over city Centro!

Edit: DO NOT STAY HERE. Updating my rating for staff to a 1 star. Since writing my review, the hotel has since asked booking.com yo remove my review as I didn't stay at the hotel. The reason I didn't stay at the hotel is THE HOTEL WAS OVERSOLD. Pros: None. Cons: The hotel was overbooked and they did not have rooms left when I arrived at midnight for my reservation I guaranteed with a credit card months in advance. This is an absolute joke and any hotel that places both their customers and customer service agents in this type of position should be beyond ashamed. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL if you actually want to show up and have a room ready.

I made a reservation for May 27 2022 to May 30 2022. My reservation was through Travel Point for the hotel City Centro Ciudad de Mexico. After a 9 hour flight from the United States. I arrived on May 27, my room's air condition and my sister's room's air condition were not working. My room personally was hot. I called 3 times that night because I was unable to sleep due to the temperature in the room. The next morning. My room's air conditioner and my sister's air-conditioner were giving out hot air. Spoke to the front desk, the engineer came to fix my sister's room. However, my room was still hot. We missed our tour due to the wait for the room to be corrected. We left for 7 hours to come back to find that my room's air condition was not working. I asked to speak to the manager, and he/she was not present. I asked to speak to the manager on the phone, the manager would not talk over the phone. I asked to be moved to another room and was told there was no room available. The manager offered to give us a drink for our trouble. 2 days of air conditioning issues for 2 rooms to only be offered 2 drinks: very insulting. Besides I don’t drink alcohol. I asked for a refund or be moved to another (sister/brother hotel) and the manager refused to approve. I was told I would need to pay for my own room if I leave. Meanwhile, someone was sent to my room to confirm that room's air condition was not working. The service person confirmed that my room was hot. By this time, I missed my dinner reservation. They finally decided to move me to another room. I am not happy with the service and how the manager was not present. The hotel lied about not having another room and the inconvenience of missing my tour and dinner reservation. The hotel staff was friendly, but the manager handled this wrong. For the hotel to be so trendy and nice, this service was not worth it. I should have been refunded at least for those 2 days or at least compensated for my sister and I trouble and not just offered a couple of drinks. As we speak, the room now has working air conditioning, but they kept controlling the room temperature. The room was too cold at night. Every time I turned it off, the office turned it back on. This was another night of not resting due to the regulation of the temperature in the room controlled by the Front Desk. Ridiculous. Ridiculous.

Adorável pequeno hotel fazendo o melhor de seu espaço. Os funcionários são simpáticos e estão sempre a tentar ajudar.Sua operação diária precisa de um polimento adequado. As lacunas são muitas, e se eu começasse a escrever tudo se tornaria uma crítica maldosa. Eu acho que o nível de serviço deles se beneficiaria se eles seguissem uma lista de verificação e um gerente de piso que confirmasse que tudo foi realizado.Você entenderá rapidamente meus pensamentos quando ouvir o (oh, esqueci) pela 3ª vez ou vir pratos deixados nos corredores por dois dias.Três estrelas pela localização e simpatia dos funcionários.

O hotel está na localização perfeita como base para explorar a cidade. Os quartos são modernos e bem projetados e todo o hotel tem uma sensação única (principalmente nos corredores e na área do lobby) que faz com que o local se destaque de outros hotéis semelhantes. Também a vista sobre a cidade a partir do terraço do último piso é muito impressionante. Não hesitaria em ficar aqui novamente.

Lovely small hotel making the best out of its space. The staff are friendly and always trying to help. Their daily operation needs a proper polish. The gaps are many, and it would turn into a mean review if I would start to write everything down. I would think their level of service would benefit if they followed a checklist and a floor manager who confirmed that everything was accomplished. You will quickly understand my thoughts when you hear the (oh, I forgot) for the 3rd time or see dishes left in the corridors for two days. Three stars for location and staff friendliness.

The hotel is in the perfect location as a base to explore the city. The rooms are modern and well designed and the whole hotel has a unique feel (particularly in the hallways and lobby area) that makes the place stand out from other similar hotels. Also the view over the city from the rooftop terrace is very impressive. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very cool hotel, especially for the price range. Staff was super friendly. I highly recommend all guys to go for a clean shave in the hotel barber shop. It was the best clean shave I have ever had!

Aurora and Cecilia are wonderful cooks! that sauce for the Huevos Rancheros is heaven! I would have rated my experience with the highest 5 star option if the ingredients of the breakfast were natural. I am Mexican but live abroad, so I really crave Mexican food like you wouldn’t believe. So, to eat canned refried beans was a bit disappointing. I hope that the management considers my review and provide authentic fresh ingredients next time I come. In general, it was delightful to enjoy this place. I am strongly considering staying here next time I come to Mexico City.

This is a beautiful eye catching hotel, architecturally talking. It’s a piece of art everywhere you look at and the staff is very friendly and attentive, from the front desk to the cook who makes the breakfast in the morning. They were all very nice. This hotel is well located in the city, since is close to everything, you can walk to the Zocalo, to a bunch of restaurants, clothing stores, and everywhere you want to. The breakfast is included, and they offer a lot of things to choose from. The cook, a female that I cant remember her name, was so so nice, she asked me if I wanted anything beside what they had served and made two great omelets for me; she even helped me taking them to the room so I can eat it there with my couple. A variety of coffee is available all day in that area and they are free, if you need one (I don’t drink coffee). There’s a nice bar with everything you want or ask for at the main floor and a Jetson’s Retro restaurant which look so nice! The restaurant entrance is right next to the hotel and the bar is located inside, before you reach the front desk. They have a very old elevator (from the 1900’s) that looks amazing and they use sometimes. The hotel is painted black and it looks so mysterious and nice at the same time, that you have to appreciate every detail when you look around. When I stayed, the rooftop was closed and the pool as well, so I can’t complaint about the noise other reviewers are complaining (and thank god). My stay was so quiet and nice that at one point I was feeling scared (Like in a horror movie) because the room has no windows and it was so dark when we turned the lights off that you barely could see anything. The room have this weird/retro/old (idk) lock that they have to teach you how to carefully close/open them and I wasn’t feeling safe in case of emergency or something (I panic real fast and I’m claustrophobic) so that’s my only complaint and the reason they not getting 5 stars. The 2nd day of my stay I had to call asking for help with the lock (because I couldn’t open it) and the same guy that helped me with my luggage went immediately to fix the problem and explained to me, once again, how to carefully open/close it... My room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed, the sheets and the pillows were great! The concept and design of the rooms are nice but I didn’t like the open ceiling in the bathroom (just think about it and your privacy...) I never saw more guests nor heard any noise or people talking at all. I saw a couple sitting at the lobby one day and 4 people in total (that were Mexicans) eating breakfast the first time and only one I went to get food. I really liked the hotel, the service, it’s location and everything but I don’t think I can stay there again, at least, not in that room... Rather recommend it but I was scared being locked up like that in the dark. Lol!

No le informan a los huéspedes que no tienen parqueadero y después de finalizar la estadía le cobran el parqueadero por aparte y a un elevado costo por lo que solo le permiten guardar cualquier vehículo en un parqueadero público que está en la parte de al lado.

Les doy cero estrella, reserve con más el 50% con dos meses de anticipación, sin embargo faltando 15 días para mi evento, no respetaron acuerdos, me cambiaron todo, afectando seriamente mi trabajo e imagen con mis clientes, se iba a trabajar en la Terraza y dijeron que ya lo habían reservado para otra familia, así como otros puntos. Se les firmo el contrato y no les importo, tengan cuidado.

La ciudad de México es grandiosa y el centro histórico es espectacular en lo personal me gusta demasiado venir a disfrutar de todo lo que ofrece ,regresa uno a casa con una gran experiencia se los recomiendo 100%

Staff is very attentive, friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean. It is perfectly located near the Centro, not too busy area but walking distance to many places and restaurants. We stayed here for 5 nights, family of 12. I would stay here again!
