“Just came back from a trip to Paris. This hotel was excellent! The location is great for getting around Paris.There were cafes, pharmacies and other conveniences near by. We loved that it was so close to the Louvre! We upgraded to a deluxe room and the room was so spacious and totally worth it! The room clean, comfortable and the shower even had a rain shower head! What made the hotel really wonderful was the hotel staff. The front desk staff in morning, afternoon and night were so helpful! We were able to get coffee and soda anytime we wished and anytime we had a question (even about COVID testing) they were able to help us. Even in the evening, the staff person (I did not get his name) suggested and scheduled a cab for us from the hotel to the airport because of construction on the RER B. We truly enjoyed staying at this hotel and would 100% recommend.”
