“Josh & the woman who worked on Friday night & Saturday morning (11/12/21) were very helpful & nice. We slept very well in the comfortable bed. The water was hot for showers. The continental breakfast was wonderful with a great selection of breakfast foods. However, the room was not cleaned & we were not given clean towels & wash cloths for our second night. (The housekeepers did not come to work on Saturday, so those working the desk had to clean the rooms & cover the front desk.) The door was broken on the bedside table, the edge piece to protect the corner in the bathroom was not intact & was leaning up against the wall, the battery needed changing in the TV remote, the light switch did not work entering the room & the rug was very badly stained. The price was not terrible, but for what we got, it was disappointing. The Best Western Plus was not the best! We will not stay at another Best Western hotel.”
