Quartos minúsculos terríveis. O hotel precisa de uma reforma total. A refeição da noite não era comestível. O café da manhã era surpreendentemente bom. NÃO RESERVE AQUI, as fotos em booking.com não representam as condições reais do hotel. Também não há ginásio no edifício, conforme indicado nos sites de reserva.

El trato super cordial y muy educados, el restaurante esta bien, fuimos a cenar y la verdad es que tenían solo 3 mesas con gente, aun a si tardaron muchisimo en traernos la cena pero merecio la pena la espera por lo bueno que estaba todo. La habitacion perfecta, vistas a la playa y a la piscina. SOLO TENGO UNA QUEJA Y BASTANTE IMPORTANTE ADEMAS, DEJE UNA PULSERA DE PLATA (DE MARCA Y DE PRECIO BASTANTE ALTO) EN LA MESILLA Y AL SUBIR DE DESAYUNAR LA PULSERA HABIA DESAPARECIDO, AVISAMOS A RECEPCION Y LLAMO A LAS CHICAS DE LIMPIEZA, NOSOTROS DEJABAMOS YA EL HOTEL PARA VOLVER A NUESTRA CIUDAD. ME DIJERON QUE ME LLAMARIAN PARA VER QUE HABIA SIDO DE MI PULSERA, AUN ESTOY ESPERANDO ESA LLAMADA 😡😡

Terrible tiny rooms. Hotel needs a total refurbishment. Evening meal was unedible. Breakfast was surprisingly good. DO NOT BOOK HERE the photos on booking.com are unrepresentative of the actual condition of hotel. Also there is no gym in building as stated on booking sites.

Para empezar decir que esto lo escribo sin haber terminado la instancia siquiera puesto que cada día pasa algo nuevo... Plaga de hormigas en la habitación el primer día. La ducha, en la cual la temperatura no funciona de forma estable, han pasado 4 días y siguen sin arreglarla. Ofrecen un servicio con coste adicional en la piscina por unas camas balinesas "no especificado" al realizar la reserva y las cuales aparecen en la galeria del hotel para captar tu atención. El hotel es como muchos otros un "Only Adults" y hay mas familias que clientes sin niños, se achacan a que el CoVid tiene medidas excepcionales.Al menos la atención del personal del restaurante es buena e intentan hacerte la instancia agradable. La calidad de la comida servida es mejorable, insuficiente para lo que se espera de un hotel 4 estrellas.

Great hotel, equipe simpática (embora não muito atenciosa), limpo pequeno e tranqüilo hotel. Praia bastante lotado (alta temporada - normal) o suficiente estão disponíveis na piscina. Quarto com vista para o mar para recomendar. Nenhuma criança gritando. Puro relaxamento! Atenção durante a temporada pode ser que todas as cadeiras já estejam ocupadas pela manhã.

Its literally at the BEACH! OUR hotel room view was Phenomenal (picture attached) Monica at reception was suuuuper nice and helpful. Its a bit pricy for what it looks like inside. Not Luxurious

I have spent a marvellous weekend with my husband in Octuber 2019. The service was wonderfull and they were all the time very polite wiht all customer. I love the view from the room and the private pool, with a shortcout to be in the beach. The water in the beach was in a such very temperature. The most that we love it were the gastronomy, breakfast and dinner. We hardly recomend to have dinner in Masai at least one night or one lunch. We will be back soon in the year 2020 Thank you Monica and Paloma, they were very helpfull with all kind of information.

Beautiful African themed hotel with gorgeous bar restaurant area and nice pool area. Part of a larger resort with 2 other hotels with restaurants, bars and entertainment. Right on the beach with convenient bus into Palma nearby.

Though the view from the room was great, the room itself was quite small. Not much room to walk around the bed, no drawers for storage or to put away clothes, only hanging space. Bathroom wallpaper...

Paid an upgrade as sister hotel was even worse . Food unless you paid more for al a carte was luke warm or cold breakfast not bad but things not replenished . Location was lovely and reception staff...
