Very nicely decorated hotel, very clean, very modern style hotel! I would stay here anytime. I am here on vacation. Rooms were quiet awesome view outside. They have a neat little bar in the lobby, along with a pool table. Free parking lot. Seemed like a safe area. Probably kid friendly. Everything in the room was clean except the floors.I have stayed there multiple times and each room I am staying in has sticky floors.I thought I might have something on my shoes but when I walk anywhere else in the hotel on non-carpeted floors my shoes don't stick to the floor.As far as billing.... my credit card was billed twice for the same stay.When I noticed the double charge on my statement, I called to inquire about it, I was met with a rude person on the phone.First, it sounded like the lady was whispering and when I advised her I couldn't hear her, the attitude proceeded to get worse.Her resolution for me was to call back at 4:00 pm because that is when her manager would be there.It is a shame that the folks working somewhere can't look at the history or don't want to look at the history of customers that stay there.I will not stay here anymore and I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.I really don't understand how management can see all of these comments about rude customer service and not do something about it. Todo en la habitación estaba limpio excepto los pisos. Me he alojado allí varias veces y cada habitación en la que me alojo tiene pisos pegajosos. Front desk staff was inviting, place was clean and close to food and Walmart so it was convenient. The design is different and our room was best suited for a couple because it's intimate with minimal privacy. I loved the pool table and games in the lobby! The breakfast was a little limited and didn't work for us. My husband wasn't crazy about the steamer instead of an old fashioned iron for his clothes but overall a good stay and I would stay there again! Great themed Marriott property with a very kind & accommodating staff. The rooms are comfortable & feel exactly per the property's theme. Everything was extremely clean & well maintained. The only thing lacking was the "desk" in the room, not really large enough for both a laptop & mouse to be used comfortably. The walls are so thin. So suggest bringing sound machine or something on phone to drowned out the noise. You can hear the traffic, neighbors sneeze, flushing toilets. We have stayed at lots of hotels and shocked being new that walls so thin.Also if go with kids or someone else with 2 queen beds there is no door for privacy in bathroom to shower.
