“Liguei dois dias antes e a equipe da recepção foi muito profissional e amigável, você podia ouvir o sorriso em sua voz. (Eu gostaria de lembrar o nome dela). Quando chegamos o check-in foi muito suave e rápido e, mais uma vez, a equipe da recepção foi muito calorosa e amigável e acolhedora. Quando chegamos ao nosso quarto, era muito limpo e espaçoso, no entanto, ao abrir as gavetas descobrimos que estava cheio de molho de comida desidratada, mas quando liguei para a frente eles corrigiram a situação imediatamente e se desculparam profusamente e imediatamente nos levaram para outra sala do outro lado do caminho.
