“Front desk reps are wonderful. Room was modern and chic.Shower was basically mediocre.Very hard to adjust water temperature and no closing shower door. Water pressure was low on 4th floor and made for a chilly/drafty shower experience. The shower is why I gave it 4 stars.The bed was luxurious. Definitely made the trip.The restaurant has odd hours and closed early for a wedding group they had to accommodate. The nice server still snuck an order in for me. Very safe area and great location in Downtown.”

“I have been staying at this hotel, for business, since March. Until today, I would have given this hotel 4 or even 5 stars. Alexis, the front desk clerk, ruined my entire experience. I have spent thousands of dollars on hotel rooms here, and would have continued staying here until sometime later this year or early next year. Upon check-out this morning, I asked her to hold my small duffel bag for me, until I returned on Monday (as they have done for me this whole time), and she refused. I will spare you all of the details, but she was terribly rude and unprofessional. I cancelled all of my upcoming reservations and will never stay at this hotel ever again. Alexis also hung up on me - TWICE - when I attempted to call the hotel to speak to a manager and she refused to transfer my call.”
