“I had a reservation for a certain type of room. The room I was assigned was not what I reserved. Ross at the front desk was very good at getting this straightened out, and eventually ended up in the type of room I reserved. However, the room I was assigned seemed really outdated. No USB outlets. Wallpaper was pulling from the wall. I had to jiggle the handle to get the toilet to flush properly. Some really low quality work on the ceiling Caulk after what was probably a leak. The bathtub wasn't flat, it was shaped like a horseshoe. So showering was a very uncomfortable. (honestly, I've never encountered this before, didn't know tubs like this even existed. And the Television was quite small.
Comfortable bed. Staff was well trained and helpful. And the common areas were updated and clean.
However, the room I was in just wasn't what I would expect from a brand like Hilton Garden.”
