Boa localização no centro de Buffalo - O quarto era muito pequeno. Assim que você entrou, sentiu um cheiro almiscarado de carpete velho (era bem nojento). Sim, os tapetes eram velhos e os móveis já viram muitos dias melhores. Os tampos de mesa , mesinhas de cabeceira etc , todos marcados , arranhados e manchados . Limpeza, eu não diria que atendeu ao padrão. Não queria andar nos tapetes com as nossas meias descalças. Sem roupões .. sem artigos de toalete agradáveis . Todos os móveis precisam ser jogados em uma lixeira. O banheiro era bom com um ótimo chuveiro, mas de outra forma medíocre na melhor das hipóteses. Jantamos no restaurante ... comida era saborosa .. ótimo serviço pela equipe de mesa e servidor . Pedimos uma mudança de quarto ou um upgrade pago ... zero Não é 5 estrelas, com certeza. Não vou voltar.

Tive uma noite maravilhosa aqui com minha namorada. A recepção deixou um pouco a desejar. Não explicou para onde ir depois de receber as chaves. O intestino saiu pela tangente sobre o mini-bar nos quartos, foi meio confuso. Esperava mais de um 5 estrelas. O quarto era lindo. O bar da cobertura é elegante e sereno. Ficamos desapontados com o café da manhã no AM não tinha qualquer comida quente, mais uma vez, esperaria mais de um 5 estrelas. O restaurante no térreo também foi bom. As camas são bem firmes. No geral, foi um tempo muito bom.

Good downtown Buffalo location - The room was very small . As soon as you walked in you could smell a musky scent like old carpet ( it was pretty gross) . Yes the carpets were old and the furniture has seen many better days . The table tops , nightstands etc all marked , scratched and stained . Cleanliness I wouldn’t say met out standard. Didn't want to walk on the carpets with our barefoot of socks. No robes ..no nice toiletries . All of the furniture needs to be thrown in a dumpster . The bathroom was nice with a great shower but otherwise mediocre at best . Had dinner in the restaurant ...food was tasty ..great service by the table staff and server . We asked for a room change or a paid upgrade ...zero Its no 5 star thats for sure . Wont be going back.

Had a wonderful night here with my gf. Front desk left a little to be desired. Didn't explain where to go after given keys. The gut went off on a tangent about the mini bar in the rooms, it was kinda confusing. Expected more out of a 5 star. The room was beautiful. The rooftop bar is elegant and serene. We were disappointed the breakfast in the AM didn't have any hot food, again, would expect more from a 5 star. The restaurant downstairs was also nice. Beds are pretty firm. Overall, it was a pretty great time.

Muito decepcionado com o atendimento ao cliente. Reservei uma suíte há cerca de 6 meses para o fim de semana do meu casamento. Perguntei sobre o tamanho e avisei que estava querendo me arrumar no dia do casamento com minhas meninas. Eles disseram que não há problema. Um mês antes do casamento eu queria adicionar comida no quarto, eu ligo e eles dizem que não fazem isso, eu posso mandar trazer comida e não posso ter mais as 5 pessoas na suíte de cada vez. Eu tenho 6 damas de honra, que eu disse a eles no momento da reserva. Cancelei minha reserva, pois eles disseram que expulsariam as pessoas do quarto se tivéssemos mais de 5. Estou muito triste com isso e fiquei muito preocupado. Graças a Deus encontrei outro hotel com uma suíte disponível naquele fim de semana. Muito decepcionado com a falta de consideração do cliente. Esta noiva não recomendará este hotel a ninguém.

Lindollllllll!!! Nossa estadia foi absolutamente linda. Eu queria ter uma noite longe de casa e sem dúvida parecia que eu estava de férias fora da cidade. A decoração em todo o hotel é muito elegante. & os quartos são de morrer. O chuveiro e a banheira de hidromassagem são incríveis!!!! O ambiente era puramente bonito e sexy. Definitivamente voltarei.

Não posso dizer coisas boas o suficiente sobre este hotel. Todo o lugar é lindo!! O quarto era tão único e decorado lindamente. O banheiro era incrível, tinha um chuveiro com 4 cabeças de chuveiro diferentes, uma grande banheira jacuzzi desesperada com persianas para olhar para o quarto. O serviço de quarto foi excelente. O bar giratório tinha o barman mais doce. O lounge na cobertura do VUE foi ótimo, a grande e enorme fogueira no deck ao ar livre era um lugar incrível para passar algum tempo. A banheira de hidromassagem coberta/externa de fontes termais foi uma experiência de spa incluída na estadia.

No puedo decir lo suficiente sobre este hotel. Todo el lugar es hermoso!! La habitación era tan única y estaba hermosamente decorada. El baño era increíble, tenía una ducha con 4 cabezales de ducha diferentes, una bañera de hidromasaje grande y desesperada con persianas para mirar hacia el dormitorio. El servicio de habitaciones fue excelente. La barra giratoria tenía el camarero más dulce. El salón de la azotea, el VUE, fue genial, la gran hoguera en la terraza al aire libre fue un lugar increíble para pasar el tiempo. La bañera de hidromasaje de aguas termales interior / exterior fue una experiencia de spa incluida con la estadía.

Hermosallllllllll!!! Nuestra estancia fue absolutamente hermosa. Quería pasar una noche fuera de casa y sin duda me sentí como si estuviera de vacaciones fuera de la ciudad. La decoración en todo el hotel es muy elegante. y las habitaciones son para morirse. ¡La ducha de hidromasaje y la bañera de hidromasaje son increíbles! El ambiente era puramente hermoso y sexy. Definitivamente regresaré.

Very disappointed with the customer service. I booked a suite about 6 months ago for my wedding weekend. I asked about the size and let them know I was looking to get ready day of wedding with my girls. They said no problem. A month before the wedding I wanted to add food in the room, I reach out and they say they don't do that, I can have food brought in and I can have no more the 5 people in the suite at a time. I have 6 bridesmaids, which I told them when booking. I cancelled my reservation as they said they would kick people out of the room if we had more then 5. I am very sad by this and was very worried. Thank goodness I found another hotel with a suite available that weekend. Very disappointed in the lack of customer consideration. This bride will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Beautifulllllllllll!!! Our stay was absolutely beautiful. I wanted to have a night away from home & without doubt it felt like I was vacationing out of town. The decor throughout the hotel is very elegant. & the rooms are to die for. The jet shower and jet tub are amazing!!!! The ambiance was purely beautiful and sexy. Definitely will be returning.

Cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The entire place is beautiful!! The room was so unique and decorated beautifully. The bathroom was amazing, had a shower with 4 different shower heads, a desperate big jacuzzi tub with shutters to look into the bedroom. The room service was excellent. The revolving bar had the sweetest bartender. The rooftop lounge the VUE was great, the big huge bonfire on the outdoor deck was an awesome place to spend some time. The indoor/outdoor hot springs hot tub was a spa experience included with the stay.

Trabalhadores simpáticos e eficientes. Estacionamento gratuito com manobrista, hotel apenas para adultos. Quartos muito agradáveis com tecnologia de ponta. Bar na cobertura e fogueira são excelentes. Comida boa, bebida boa. Estou no centro, então é barulhento à noite. Travesseiros duros e desconfortáveis. Definitivamente ficaria aqui novamente.

Trabajadores amables y eficientes. Servicio de aparcacoches gratuito, hotel solo para adultos. Habitaciones muy bonitas con tecnología actualizada. El bar de la azotea y el brasero son excelentes. buena comida, buenas bebidas. Estoy en el centro, por lo que es ruidoso por la noche. Almohadas duras e incómodas. Sin duda me alojaría aquí de nuevo.

Friendly, efficient workers. Free valet parking, adults only hotel. Rooms very nice with up to date technology. Roof top bar and fire-pit are excellent. Food good, drinks good. I'm downtown so it is noisy at night. Pillows hard and uncomfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Ótimo hotel. Staff muito simpático e excelente localização. O bar é muito bom, também gira enquanto você se senta. Rooftop também é bom, com belas vistas do pôr-do-sol no lago. Os quartos são grandes e grandes com banheiros grandes. Nem todos os quartos têm banheira, há também um chuveiro de aromaterapia. O estacionamento com manobrista é gratuito, o que é incrível. No geral, recomendo ficar aqui.

gran hotel Personal muy amable y excelente ubicación. La barra es muy bonita, también gira mientras te sientas. La azotea también es agradable con bonitas vistas del atardecer en el lago. Las habitaciones son geniales y de gran tamaño con baños grandes. No todas las habitaciones tienen bañera, también hay ducha de aromaterapia. El servicio de aparcacoches es gratuito, lo cual es increíble. En general recomiendo encarecidamente alojarse aquí.

Great hotel. Very friendly staff and great location. The bar is very nice, it also revolves while you sit. Rooftop is also nice with nice sunset views on the lake. The rooms are great and oversized with large bathrooms. Not all rooms have a tub, there is also an aroma therapy shower. Valet parking is free, which is awesome. Overall highly recommend staying here.

Gostei da minha estadia no Hotel. Quarto era limpo Restaurante dentro do hotel era bom. Comida era maravilhosa e os funcionários também foram ótimos. A única coisa que não foi tão boa foi que alguns hóspedes não tão mesquinhos abaixo estão no quarto. Música extremamente alta até altas horas da manhã. Não é culpa dos hotéis apenas fede às vezes as pessoas não pensam nos outros.

Enjoyed My stay at the Hotel. Room was clean Restaurant within the hotel was nice. Food was wonderful and staff were great as well. The only thing that wasn’t so great was some not so curtsy guest below are room. Extremely loud music until late hours in the Morning. Not the hotels fault just stinks sometimes people don’t think of others.
