Passei o natal com a família no hotel Seadust e não recomendo a hospedagem neste hotel. Uma bonita recepção, quartos grandes, porém o meu tinha um barulho de máquina funcionando 24 horas por dia. Caso fechasse a janela teria o ar condicionado que era outra locomotiva ligada. Alimentação repetida os 7 dias que ficamos no hotel.Restaurantes típicos não tinham nada de novo. Era uma simples réplica do restaurante principal. O refrigerante é um xarope sem gás e quando reclamado da má qualidade a resposta é "só temos esse mesmo". Empregados mal educados e descortês. Regras em exagero. Não recomendo este hotel, como também, não recomendo Cancún. Absolutamente nada de atrativo, uma máfia na prestação de serviço, onde todos combinam preços e amarram de tal forma que você não tem alternativa. O Uber altera o seu trajeto e culpa o cliente que ele errou no pedido, ou no fechamento do valor, ele altera para muito mais do que o que foi acordado ao chamar o transporte. Um turismo caro e sem retorno. Jamis voltaria em lugar tão ruim. Nada como uma propaganda enganosa.

La creperia super chafa, solo tienen nutela, lechera y miel. De los 5 restaurantes solo 2 estan buenos. El personal que atiende el bar en las albercas con mala cara y modos todo el tiempo, te niegan las bebidas que no quieren preperar. En playa y albercas ni un solo mesero, si quieres una bebida o snack tiene que ir hasta el bar cada vez. Pedi 2 cafés a la habitacion y tardaron una hora en llevarmelos. Para nada es 5 estrellas, facilmente se podria equipara a uno de 3. En conclusion, no pienso volver

Estuve una semana con mi familia y nos encantó!Las instalaciones muy bonitas, habitaciones, restaurantes, albercas, baños todo muy bien. La comida muy rica. La mayoría del personal muy atentos y amables. En una ocasión cenamos en el restaurante japonés y desde la hostess que fue muy amable, la cena deliciosa y rápida, el servicio muy bueno. Los bufets muy ricos y variados. Hay shows nocturnos todos los días. La crepería nos gustó mucho, habia café, té, chocolate, churros, galletas de chocolate deliciosas, con un excelente servicio. Nos nos queríamos ir! Volveremos 😉

This place is great value for what you pay. People expecting a Ritz-Carlton type experience are going to be disappointed, but then again those people are too high maintenance to begin with. For kids there's lots to do and the kids club is loads of fun. Sure the beach space is a bit small, but just walk a short distance and it's less crowded. Despite many lacklustre reviews, we were very happy with the food - you just can't expect every buffet item to be perfectly fresh when you go to eat - pay attention to what they're making fresh and what looks fresher and you'll find it's really good food. Finally, a little Spanish and generosity with the staff goes a long way. You'll have a great time at Seadust if you come with the right mindset. Don't let the whiny reviews distract you from what this place has to offer.

The staff members, service and food was beyond my expectations. Highly recommend this resort it is so nice and clean. Went there with my husband and 3 boys, we loved it. Will definitely go back with my husband alone. The adults only pool are is so beautiful, comfortable and relaxing. The couples massage was so nice, the room was well decorated. Love everything about this resort.

Mi estancia fue muy buena, me gusto el diseño tipo Crucero, elde la habitación familiar diferente a otras me pareció excelente, la comida es buena, muy recomendable ya que cuenta con una divertida área infantil, actividades para los niños en donde los papás no necesitan estar presentes. Recomiendo reservarlo con tiempo, en mi caso el mismo día lo reserve, y el costo fue elevado.

El hotel es lindo, la atención del personal muy buena, sobre todo la chica que atiende en la playa y también Joel que es quien está para disponer de reposeras en la playa, opciones de restaurantes, bar y muy bueno el buffet tanto de desayuno como las comidas. El hotel tiene algunos detalles que, para el tipo de hotel y más en pandemia a mi parecerbajan la evaluación, porque es tema de higiene. En el ascensor, desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos estuvo manchado con sangre en la pared del mismo, así como humedad en el techo del mismo, ver fotos. La playa es muy brava y con corriente en el oleaje, al menos en el mes de diciembre.

Excelente servicio, limpioordenado, muy buena atención y organización. La comida es buena, algunos platillos deliciosos. Mucha oferta. El espacio de playa es pequeño y es un hotel para disfrutar dentro. El área de niños es muy bonita, no nos gustó mucho el trato de las "nanas", lo vimos con otros niños mientras jugábamos ahí. En general un gran hotel.

We booked a week escape and chose the Seadust. In general, we had a lovely vacation. The service was outstanding. The bars were enjoyable in the evening.We were disappointed by restaurant closures for private events (I think timeshare sales events). We twice showed up to the Mexican restaurant to find it unavailable. The first time it was closed for a private event, and the second, it was closed (on a Friday evening).The food in the main restaurants was not at all outstanding. We found that the menu and food at the Mexican restaurant was the best option and enjoyed it more than once.The main buffet boasts a large variety of food. Sadly most of the hot dishes were, at best,warm and often cold. I can't bear the thought of eating hot food kept at lukewarm temperatures.Covid-19 measures may be, in part, why the resort is struggling from a food services perspective. We see many photos from past guests, before covid, showing beautiful dishes that we indeed couldn't find during our stay.Our stay wasn't all bad. We enjoyed time at the beach and the pool. The rooms are large and clean, and the room service was outstanding.Now, let's talk for a moment about cannons going off. Well, not canons, but this hotel has an issue where the room door slam so hard that the explosive sound echoes throughout the entire atrium. This slamming of doors only happens when the balcony door is open at the same time that the guest room door is open. The doors on the rooms need to have a damper added to prevent this from happening. A tiny transparent sticker on the balcony door warns of this phenomenon. The door slamming can be heard randomly throughout the day and night.I have rated the hotel 3/5 because we had a nice vacation. When the family votes on which resort to go to next, I will vote against another visit to the Seadust.

I stayed here for 5 days which I felt was 1-2 days too short. The resort is really well maintained everything worked as it should've during our stay. (A/C, warm water, mini fridge, etc) The hotel is designed in a way so that ANY room would come with a view. The hospitality is unmatched, the staff really make you feel welcome and go above and beyond for any requests. COVID protocols is the usual mask required everywhere with temperature stations located throughout the hotel. The buffet could be a lot better, the restaurants are a little better than the buffet. My favorite restaurant was El maguey (Mexican restaurant) This resort is extremely kid friendly so there's lots of activities that caters to young ones. Overall I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Cancun for their first time or a family who is looking to find a resort where they could spend their entire stay at. I have now been twice to this resort, the last time I came it was called Gran Parnasus, looks like I'll be coming back again I love this resort.

Amazing place to stay Good food, very nice staff and clean rooms. Sooo worth the price. Excellent for kids The only thing that needs improvement is that washroom near the pool could be cleaner.

We stayed 3 nights, with our kids .The atmosphere in this resort is incredible. The customer service was well. All inclusive, the food is great and it's authentic. They had a special show every night for the family's. They had crepes bar and ice cream in the afternoons which was nice for the kids.I would totally bring my family back.

La infraestructura es espectacular Las camas El comedor Los espacios al ser todo incluido y especial para niños sobre todo la piscina de piratas y la de adultosPero la atención es pésima, hasta mala cara ponen y se corren, la comida les falta mucho, no hay leche caliente en las mañana solo fria y si pides algo te ponen mala cara o sencillamente te dicen estoy ocupado, les falta mucho para ser Resorts, hay otros mejores pero en otros países y eso hace que no sea agradable el Hotel.Aparte que te acosan Son Infiniti que venden membresía es atroz el acoso, no es para volver al mismo lugar Eso fue mi experiencia.La gente de afuera del Hotel es preciosa, linda da gusto conversar y conocerlos.Pero el Hotel una sola vez y si es para niños ya que ellos van solo a disfrutar en familia.

Estrutura espetacular!! Quartos excelentes! Recepcionistas muito atenciosas e educadas ... o que peca, assim como a maioria dos all inclusive e alimentação que ao longo de mais de 3 dias se torna repetitivo.. e vc comeca a perceber o reaproveitamento de alimentos o tempo todo, cafe servido em garrafas termicas nao sao eficientes ... e muito dificil tomar um cafe de qualidade... as bebidasalcoólicas nada a reclamar..bebidas nao alcoólicas vc nao tem sucos naturais e coco ... tudo industrializado ... ponto negativo para os garcons que em geral nao sao cordiais.... e nao tem paciencia para explicar aos extrangeiros o que sao os pratos.... Pimentas ai é questao de gosto !!!!

Seadust Cancún fue una total decepción, el precio s altísimo para comenzar por ahí. Pero el personal que te recibí es incompetente y grosero, desde que llegas hasta que te vas. En recepción está una chica que se llama Ana, espero si deciden este hotel, no les toque ella (incluso té trata como retratado, te hace caras y te habla feo), no te explican bien las cosas, nunca te dicen que si no regresas las tarjetas de toallas te cobran y cosas así.Quien si te recibe increíble es el personal de la membresía que venden “infinity” ya que son los primeros en recibirte y acosarte y robarte tiempo desde que llegas, fuera de ellos que quieren vender no encuentras buenas caras.Pero tampoco es agradable ya que si de entrada no aceptas la platica, te marca a tu habitación, te persiguen por los pasillos, es molesto.Los cuartos no son nada wow, las instalaciones como pueden ver en las fotos incluso chorrean y en los 4 días que estuvimos nunca hicieron nada. El servicio al cuarto es lento o incluso nunca llega, yo pedí que me diera café regular, ya que no tomo descafeinado, pues los 4 días tuve los mismos sobre pese a que diario los pedí se cambiaran.Es increíble que en un hotel de este precio, te hagan hacer filas para ingresar a sus restaurantes, con esperas de 2 horas o más, ya que su sistema de gestión vía app no funciona.Como pueden ver en una foto subí los alcoholes, pues es triste porque pese a que es todos en exhibición no puedes pedir todos ya que la mayoría de los dede paga.calidad son pra los miembros de su clubEl buffet cuenta con comida rica, pero no tiene medias anti COVID, por lo que todo mundo toma con sus manos los alimentos y nadie supervisa el control de ello. Incluso el personal del hotel utiliza mal sus mascarillas lo cual hace 0 confiable el consumir alimentos.Es triste, en diversas ocasiones acudimos a gerentes y personal de alta categoría a pedir apoyo y solo nos ofrecieron una disculpa y ya y claro que de mala gana.Jamás volveremos a este hotel, no quedan ganas y menos con sus intentos nulos de mejorar la experencia.En Cancún hay mejores opciones familiares, si tienen la oportunidad omitan esta opción.

En general esta OK.Puntos a favor: ubicación, variedad de comidas y facilidades, precio, higiene del lugarContra: algunos integrantes de atención, falta de medidas de protocolo COVIDDetalle:Nos hospedamos en el hotel por 9 días, en nuestro caso lo contratamos de manera particular sin agencia, al llegar nos quisieron obligar a ir a una charla de 90 min con un deposito en dólares donde si no íbamos no lo reintegraban, esto lo hacen para venderte la membresia del hotel en la cual no estábamos interesados, en menos de 6hs nos habían dejado 3 invitaciones y nos habían pedido datos personales para que asistamos,nos pareció muy invasivo, y la realidad es que en esto hubo un "engaño" ya que solo los que viajan con agencia están obligados a tener esta charla por un descuento que se les hace sobre el precio final.En cuanto a las instalaciones del hotel las mismas se encuentran prolijas, no todas son del todo modernas (baños de la plata baja o buffett), en rangos generales había una gran limpieza en los baños y pisos a pesar del gran caudal de gente, no ocurría lo mismo en los ascensores.Con respecto al protocolo de covid la realidad es que no siempre se controlaba la temperatura,de hecho casi nunca y tenían los termómetros al lado,con mi familia nos la tomábamos pero no lo exigían, lo mismo ocurría con el alcohol en gel. En el caso del buffet cada uno se servía, y si bien nosotros usábamos alcohol en gel en cada estación,no todos lo hacían y el personal no decía nada al respecto. Lo mismo ocurrió con los barbijos, no todos lo usaban correctamente tanto huéspedes como personal y no sentí mucha seguridad en esto.Con respecto a la habitación utilizamos una con dos camas matrimoniales, la misma tenia una vista parcial al mar con balcón, Jacuzzi y frigobar, la cama era cómoda, el aire acondicionado algo difícil de regular, el frigobar venía con bebidas sin costo adicional, el room service tampoco tenía costo adicional,la ducha del baño era escocesa pero estaba mal ubicada por lo que no se la podía utilizar dado que los chorros quedaban muy altos.Con respecto al personal, contactarnos con la conserjería siempre fue un poco complicado,con respecto a los camareros y el personal siempre pedían propina antes de atenderte y si no les dabas algo ni siquiera te miraban, nos resultó bastante molesto, se notaba mucho la diferencia de atención con aquellos que dejaban una gran propina,siendo que el hotel no es el más económico de la zona hotelera y que uno paga para que lo atiendan bien, no para que reclamen propina por todo.Con respecto a la comida, en el buffet había una gran variedad pero no una gran calidad, se podía notar en las elaboraciones, luego había restaurantes que eran solo para adultos, otros familiares, en general la comida dentro de los mismos era buena, pero no había una gran variedad de platos tampoco,contaba también con una Creperia, barras de tragos en el interior del hotel y en el sector de piscina tiene un restaurante con snacks como hamburguesas,papas fritas,nachos y otro con tragos, punto importante: solo se sirven los tragos en vasos de vidrio si estas en un restaurante, sino son todos plásticos y pequeñosDatos: cuenta con servicio de médico dentro del hotel por 100 USD la consulta + gastos de medicación en caso de requerir laCuenta con una farmaciaCuenta con un Starbucks con costo adicionalCuenta con Best Buy y local de renta de autoCuenta con laboratorio para análisis COVID 19 20 USD el antígeno y 90 USD el PCR

Let me start by saying: THIS IS A FAMILY RESORT. Expect loud children. With that being said, this place was perfect for us. We have 2 kids that can be, like any other kid, very loud and excited. We fit right in with the crowd. As a rule of thumb, always rate your stay depending on the country you're in. There's little kinks here and there, like rusted paint or chipped paint in the kids pool area, the rooms have some fixing that needs to be done, and the hotel structure just needs a little love, BUT, again, you have tolower your standards according to the country and all. I think it was great! My kids absolutely loved it. They enjoyed the bunk beds and feeling like it was "their room" as they were separated by a half wall. It's centric to the hotel zone tourist places. We rented a car from the hotel and it was much cheaper than at the airport. They'll try to get you with travel/time-share membership but reward you for your time even if you dont buy, so if you have the time, go for it.Restaurants have great food and awesome service. Since it's all included in your package, be prepared to give tip.Would definitely come back with the family.

We spent four days here during July 2021. We specifically chose this resort due to the kid water park in the back. The daycare ladies were great and they do great activities with the kids. The staff was friendly and the room service was fast. The alcoholic drinks were good, but I wish the cups were more aesthetically pleasing. The pools were big and they were never too packed when we were there, but there wasn't many chairs available. The area to the beach was accessible and safe. They had great nightly family events in the front area. The food in the buffet was alright and it wasn't that packed when we would go (8am). The better food is at the restaurants but you have to make reservations and they go by fast. The rooms were big. The only complain is the timeshare presentations you are pushed into doing for "free tickets" to a local activity of your choice. And because this is a family resort, be prepared to hear kids screaming and jumping until late hours of the night.

I came here with my family I gave teenagers, preteen and a toddler. The place is too spread out. Long walk from the beach and main pool to reach kids area. The main pool is too small for a big hotel like this. We felt a disappointment the moment we reached this place. We asked for a partial refund to find a another hotel, but the hotel was not willing to cooperate. There is a guy at the main pool that collect reviews, but he’s apparently there to collect good reviews only. He walked away As soon I mentioned that I wasn’t happy with the food, he didn’t show any sympathy, his response was « enjoy the sun » and walked away. The rooms are outdated, so far I found 2 roaches in the parents room 1 in the closet and another one by the bed. 😤 The buffet is horrible, there is absolutely nothing appealing to eat. I’m settling with fruits in the morning and skipping lunch because there is absolutely nothing good to eat. I’m feeling so disappointed for paying way too much for what was supposed to be a dream vacation that turned out to be a disaster. I’m forced to stay here until my departure date. I’m very sad because my hard working money was wasted.

Very pleasant stay. I enjoyed the food and drinks also, which is all included. Jet skiing and parasailing on site. Taxi service available and most off site excursions are nearby so pick up is available. Staff were all very pleasant and beachfront view was exceptional. They really take care of you. Cancun is a beautiful place for sure.

Instalaciones viejas y defectuosas, son pura fachada. Fugas en los baños y jacuzzis, luces con corto circuito, les pides algo y no te lo llevan y si les recuerdas se molestan. Además cuando llegue cargue yo misma mis maletas mientras varios empleados sólo observaban. Te despiertan a las siete de la mañana con llamadas imprudentes, etc.

Un hotel de ensueño, desde que llegas el personal es súper atento y en todo momento están al pendiente para que tu estadía sea de lo mejor, la comida excelente, tiene muchas opciones de alimentos para todos los gustos,las instalaciones totalmente adecuadas. Sin duda alguna regresaría. Gracias por todo, fueron las vacaciones que yo esperaba. Apenas me fui ayer y ya quiero regresar

Excelente hotel para pasar unas vacaciones con la familia y disfrutar de la hermosa playa de Cancun, excelente servicio, las habitaciones están excelentes, todos los restaurantes están de lujo y la comida está excelente, las albercas están perfectas para pasar momentos agradables con la familia, tienen un área para niños más pequeños, el trato de todos los empleados del hotel es excelente son muy atentos y amables dese que llegas al hotel hasta cuando te retiras, quede muy satisfecho con el trato que me dieron tienen mucho tacto y amabilidad al tratar al cliente excelente, es un hotel muy recomendable para vacaionar en familia en lo personal me volvería a hospedar en este hotel.

Super bien el hotel, el personal es muy atento, su comida variada y en general rica, tiene muchas actividades que realizar en familia, el pero que doy es que el agua de sus albercas es fria muy fria. Las olas de su plata fuertes pero es muy divertido estar ahí. En general me gustó mucho y lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Hi We flew from Michigan, USA and got here on 11/26 late afternoon and everything was fine until the power went out in the resort in the evening just before dark We were at the beach and realized that why the building is so dark Anyhow we got in and there were lamps placed all over the place No one could answer what was going on they just kept saying 5 minutes That 5 minutes turned into hours We had little kids that needed to take shower and get ready for the dinner and other planned activities but it was all ruined We waited for hours as we had a plan to go to a sit down restaurant but was not possible in the dark. We paid for all inclusive but did not knew power outage and was also included We would have taken stairs all the way to 9th floor but the rooms had electronic entry so it was useless Our first evening was ruined simple as that. We are only here for a few days for a family reunion but and was a bad start Kids shivered after coming from the beach as there was nothing they can do Notified Expedia with pictures. Calling them everyday for a resolution with no luck. The hotel would not confirm to them that there was a power issue What’s the solution for ruined vacation? I’m expecting some quick resolution in this as at the hotel I’m not getting anywhere The other hotels that had generators kicked in right away Sea dust had issues with their generator and they kept giving fake hopes for hours Wish I could post some pictures It’s not easy to get an answer after you pay Just hours of runaroundThanks Amir Masood

Muy buen hotel, la verdad es bastante elegante aunque cabe aclarar que el hotel lleva más de 8 años pues no hay mucho que explicar por qué los acabados de afuera se ven un poco viejos aunque bastante divertido, la sanitización está 2/3 bien el aire acondicionado es pésimo hace bastante ruido y no enfría nada creo que enfriaba más el ventilador de ahí pero estuvo bien, buena comida, buena zona para niños la verdad 3 estrellas por qué tiene sus defectos y también sus buenas cosas, saludos!

O hotel tem uma estrutura muito bacana, os quartos e todos os ambientes do hotel possui uma limpeza impecável, os funcionários são super atenciosos e também possui muita diversidade de comidas, que por sinal são excelentes. Espaço com brinquedos para crianças e a equipe de entretenimento possui varias atividades legais para os hóspedes. Trata-se de um ambiente bem familiar. Inclusive, tivemos um caso pontual no qual ocorreu um vazamento do quarto superior no nosso, porém o problema foi sanado com muito profissionalismo, nos trocando de quarto rapidamente. Nossa experiência foi maravilhosa!!! Com certeza voltaríamos para esse hotel!!!

Califico con 5 estrellas porque desde nuestra llegada hasta el momento, no ha habido algo que encuentre mal.Instalaciones en óptimas condiciones, mantenimiento continuo tanto preventivo como correctivo.Los espacios bastante amplios, muy buena temática y ambientación, el área para menores está increíble y a mi pequeña hija el encanta.Todos los restaurantes sirven excelente comida y el servicio es excelente muy amables y atentos.Se puede encontrar de todo en el resort, además esta a solo 10-15 minutos del aeropuerto.Sin duda alguna, es una excelente opción para vacacionar en familia, no se arrepentirán y lo mejor es que a sus hijos les encantara el Family Resort.Felicidades a todo el personal que labora, gracias por tratarnos tan bien, son un excelente equipo.

Es un hotel muy bonito. Y súper grande! Solo nos quedamos 2 noches. El personal muy amable todo el tiempo, se nota que tienen muchísima organización. La comida también es buena en general. Nos ofrecieron el tiempo compartido y se nos fue medio día en esa oferta carísima pero de todo lo demás estuvo bien, no había sargazo pero si muchísimos caracoles en la orilla lo que hacia la arena muy áspera y dolía al caminar, el agua de las albercas es fría, toda persona que se acercaba a la escalera hacia muchos gestos de lo fria que era. Mi hija temblaba de sus dientes por estar ahí dentro pero no había poder humano para sacarla 😅 había muchas actividades que no realizamos por el poco tiempo y en su lugar preferimos disfrutar la playa y albercas. En la habitación todo era muy cómodo, suficiente espacio para las 3 personas que fuimos y había una cafetera pequeña lo que valoró muchísimo ya que amo el café incluso en el calor.Regresaría pero ahora más días.

Está muy bien pensado para unas vacaciones familiares. El área de niños está muy bien planeado para niños pequeños y para niños más grandes. Los restaurantes de muy buena calidad y el servicio de TODO el personal siempre muy amable.No le doy 5 estrellas solo por qué hay ciertos detalles de la infraestructura que se ven algo viejos y descuidados.

Todo excelente, la comida deliciosa, el trato de todos muy amable, ambiente muy muy tranquilo, familiar. Lo único que podemos sugerir es más sombras para el área de playa y albercas, son muy escasas y la gente luego aparta.De ahí en fuera todo perfecto 👏🏼👌🏼

Las habitaciones están súper bien. Hay algunos detallitos a lo largo del hotel sobre estética y mantenimiento, pero en general súper bien con el todo incluido. Todos los restaurantes para cenar valen muchísimo la pena. También el servicio a cuarto. Lo que queda un poco a deber, pero es suficiente para pasar el día es el restaurante buffet.

If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would. 0/10 recommend spending your hard earned money here. Not sure why anyone would want to pay to stay here. Our flight was rescheduled to the next day and we were told by the airport that we were being sent to an all-inclusive resort where all food and drinks would be covered. Oh, how very wrong that was. Apparently, for anyone who finds them in a situation like our own, you can only eat at are the 2 buffet options. Anywhere else you have to pay. So my favorite part of this super luxurious stay was eating 2 cold meals. I would also encourage you to browse through these other reviews and take note of how many people mention food poisoning. This “resort” is a JOKE!

El hotel es muy bonito, lo mejor de todo es el Kids club mis niños se divirtieron mucho y las chicas son muy atentas con los niños, el restaurante mexicano es muy bonito, pero no tiene mucha variedad de comida, el mejor yo creo es el bufet, la habitación era muy amplia y cómoda muy buenas instalaciones

Estube una semana en el hotel desde el 31 de Agosto, la estadia fue junto a mi pareja. Cosas buenas : -El personal es muy amable partiendo por la gente del aseo hasta los supervisores. Mencion honrosa a Tomas del restaurant de comida japonesa , y a Jesus , el bartender de la piscina de adultos. -Amplia variedad en comidas y sobre todo de bares. -La playa del hotel estaba bien cuidada y con bar ahi mismo. -La habitacion sunset es muy amplia y la vista del lago es hermosa ,ademas el jacuzzi genial. Cosas a mejorar : -Antes de ir al hotel mande un mensaje preguntando si tenian alimentos sin gluten y me mandaron una carta muy amplia pero en mi estadia en el hotel eso se redujo solo a pan en el desayuno, y algunos muffins. -La musica en el Karaoke es antiguisima , vendria bien algo mas nuevo. Lo muy malo : Al llegar al hotel (y luego de recibirme muy amablementr todos) el recepcionista Pablo (que afortunadamente recuerdo su nombre) nos pregunta si queriamos asistir al otro dia a un desayuno super vip y con mariachis incluidos, que al final termino siendo un desayuno generico del hotel , sin mariachis y que fue bien agotador, por que duro de 9 a 2pm. Por lo tanto si vas a ir al hotel y te ofrecen ese desayuno no lo aceptes. (pagar 15 años todos los meses solo por 2 personas) Es una falta de respeto al turista que lo engañen asi. Les doy 5 estrellas por que en la balance final la experiencia fue muy buena volveria sin lugar a dudas , espero mejoren esos pequeños grandes detalles.

Me gustaría darla más estrellas pero debido a que los detalles de la limpieza de las recamaras es muy deplorable, y que tuve goteras en la habitación, pues no se puede!, La atención es buena, los alimentos son para gustos!!!, Se entiende que no siempre se puede tener sazón!!!. Eso sí está muy hermoso el hotel, y la vista es algunas habitaciones es espectacular

My family did not get the Club suite with the ocean view today. We purchased/upgraded to this Club suite ocean view when we looked at the pictures on their website and description. Extra cost was $333 for 3 people, but they still got partial ocean view. They look at another building instead of the ocean. At this time I don't know if this is false advertisement, or they got tricked by the reception. This is the warning for travelers...those pictures for Club Suite on their website (and also on apple vac, and cheap Caribbean) are false. Reception did not care that my family showed them pictures for that suite, and manager would not come to the phone when I called (twice).This is the first resort that ever took the money for the ocean view but did not provide it, and we go every year to Cancun. Stay away.

My girlfriend and I visited here November 2020 and can't wait to go back. Our room was amazing! The staff was always swift and helpful as can be. The beach was well maintained and always great, the pool was huge, clean, and welcoming. Our room was very clean and AC was ice cold. Room service never took long, not that we wanted to do that much with all the great options we could walk downstairs to pick from.We tried all the restaurants during our 6 day stay here. While we don't have the palate for a fancy French meal, everything was still really tasty. Tons of variety to pick from, and nothing was bad. Alcohol was just that, nothing skimpy or watered down. We did go during peak Covid time in the states. It was much less prevalent in Mexico, nevertheless, the restaurant times were significantly altered. It wasn't a downside necessarily, just pointing out that options were only available on certain nights/timeframes and it didn't hamper our experience at all.Hotel location was wonderful, as mentioned the beach was perfect. It is an easy bus trip to get to La Isla or Luxury Avenue and much more. All in all, fantastic experience. Our first couple trip out of the country. Honestly, the bar was set really high and it's made our trips since then rather difficult.I have only uploaded two pictures, as my girlfriend is the main photographer amongst us. I'm sure others have shared similar pictures, but I just wanted to show off the amazing view we had. One is looking out from our balcony, and the other is me in bed showing what you'll get the privilege of waking up to every morning.We hope to return in a few years when our kids are a little older and can appreciate the experience more...or maybe we'll leave them with the grandparents again so we can relive the magic of this place!

Came here with the family in July 2021 and overall it was a good experience. The bunk beds in the room were great, The kids loved it. We got all inclusive which included a couple restaurants and their buffet style place. Good choices overall, okay food. The reason why they didn't get a five-star rating is because the bathroom smelled of sewage coming from the toilet area and also the shortage in food options at late night and finally they're upgrade to a vip club was pushed on us hard and we wasted half of a day in a presentation that in reality doesn't really give you any good benefits when it comes to the hotel. Try to avoid those presentations because they can take up to half of your day. And us having three kids wanting to go to the beach ,you know very well they don't want to be sitting, listening to somebody explain to you how you need to join this club. Otherwise pool areas nice the beach area is nice the staff was very friendly and helpful no complaints there.

We stayed for 4 days 3 nights for a little weekend getaway for our 6 year anniversary and it was AMAZING. Great food, great service, amazing beach and fun times with great friends. the big pool was little warm but the adult only pool was where its at. all in all loved it and will be back.

I was not impressed. We stayed over when we were laid over for our canceled flight. Rooms were very outdated and it seemed like they were cleaned but so old that it would be impossible to get them clean. It smelled of sewage in the restroom and musk in our room. Every door, and table in the resort we touched seemed sticky and the chairs at a bar we sat at were stained. We did come from secrets maroma which we loved but realised the difference in quality I know this is a lower quality resort but wouldn’t believe what one star rating can do. Pool and beach was packed at sea dust. They have an upgrade system to eat at certain areas. The area we ate was not held to the Covid standards as people were touching food, it was self serve and I can only imagine how many hands touched the serving utensils.. Food had been sitting for a long time. I read reviews about food poisoning and decided to stick to the pizza and smile fries.This resort could be beautiful and luxurious but needs upgrades in different aspects.

We stayed at the SEADUST for a week in July and had several complaints that were not contended with. The management that could actually do something avoided speaking with us until we left. We were assured that they would get back with us for some sort of compensation and we never heard anything as expected. I have called several times as well as messages and emailed to no avail. If you want a good experience, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel in the slightest. The poor management alone speaks for itself. Here is the list of problems we experienced.Most of the food wasn’t good Couldn’t get a reservation anywhere we wanted Shower only hot half the time Toilet leak iMessage like if it’s an iPhone messages OK or email or by calling me it’s probably gonna be difficultall over bathroom Hot tub outside leaked and wouldn’t fill up Room was hot Mini bar fridge didn’t get cold Covid test took forever Still missing one result Tv wouldn’t switch to English and froze up half the time Presentation was terrible and took 3 hours Hotel was very hot in common areas Managers never addressed any of the problems

Update: The hotel reached out to me after my complaint and put a lot of effort to improve my stay. They moved me to a room that was in much better shape and also helped with booking dinner for the days I had left. Ms Pamela Navarro from customers relation made a big difference in helping address the issues I experienced. I adjusted for the initial one star to three stars based on the significant improvement I noticed. If you stay at this hotel and face any issues, make sure you reach out to the customer relations desk early on your trip.Original review: Do not stay at this place. We’ve been to Cancun and region multiple times before and the time at the hotel has been the worst by far. The room is in poor shape, see picture of the bathroom. AC system is very noise and won’t get cold enough. The balcony door won’t close properly. It’s nearly impossible to get any food as a reservation is required and there is only availability late at night. I’m writing this review at 11:23pm and still trying to get dinner as I wait for the only open restaurant. There are not enough people working here, it’s visible the staff is stretched. One waiter for the pool area with about 400 visitors. Pool bars close before the sun is down, so you can use the pool but cannot get drinks. Here you pay for an all inclusive hotel but you can’t get food or drinks. We overpaid this place by a lot, not worth half of the money we left here.

Came here May 2-6 absolutely beautiful location. I’m so grateful for my family to invite me. Cheaper than most and beach access is amazing. Close to downtown. All inclusive. This is a family place. Bring the kids. All the staff are so nice and eager to please.

En general una experiencia maravillosa, instalaciones de primera, atención de primera. Desde que llegas, hasta que sales del hotel. La comida es exquisita, en todos los restaurantes. La habitación "sunset" es magnífica, se puede ver el atardecer, la zona hotelera y un poco el mar. Algunas áreas de oportunidad serían: 1. Mejorar un poco el trato con el cliente en recepción y en el buffet. 2. Dar un pequeño recorrido o mostrar el hotel para quien los visita por primera vez.Felicitaciones especiales para el Sr. Marcos de bar y Sr. Miguel, mesero del Big Ben, quienes nos atendieron de una manera increíble, y deseando volver pronto al hotel.

Resort muito grande e com muitas opções de lazer. Vários restaurantes. Funcionários muito educados e atenciosos. A praia é simplesmente maravilhosa e há atendimento por garçons. O quarto em que ficamos é frente mar e há uma banheira na sacada. Muito bom. Recomendo para família com criança.

Muy buen hotel, hubo un mesero que fue tan amable que siempre nos atendía rápido y de muyy buena manera, nos despidió al irnos. La comida muy rica, la pizza recién hecha mi favorita y las piscinas impecables. Sin duda volvería mil veces.

Fairly decent resort. Caution: Upon checking-in, you will be presented with a staff member that will try and sell you a vacation package of some sort so be prepared to say no. I understand it is their way of making income but it is honestly quite an annoying thing to encounter after your flight/arrival. Certain in-house restaurants were closed due to COVID-19. Some of the restaurants are a hit or miss. The bartenders are very nice and willing to serve you regardless of the time of day. The staff members were quite helpful and very nice during our stay. Overall, I would recommend this place for families but not for couples or singles.PS: The image attached is of the Sunset Suite

Super recomendable, 100% familiar. La comida muy rica, para comer mariscos les recomiendo light house, ami me gustó más el maguey, la atención super, tiene de todo a la mano, bar karaoke, salas de juegos, alberca con salida a la playa, snaks.

Lo único que no me gustó fue la atención de la recepción y conserge!!! No te ayudan en nada... Pasen con el conserge... Pase con admisión!!! Pta. M... Todos los demás... Excelente servicio... En los restaurantes, todo excelente... La comida delicia y de calidad!!!Las instalaciones muy padres... Nos tocó mucho viento y no pudimos entrar mucho tiempo al mar... Pero todo genial!!!

Passei minha lua de mel nesse maravilhoso hotel. Fomos muito bem recebidos, o staff do hotel sempre pronto para nos atender com um sorriso no rosto. Além de tudo, quando falamos que estávamos de lua de mel, recebemos um upgrade de quarto.

Muy bonito hotel, Es un buen lugar para niños pequeños. Los puntos de mejora son: el servicio de los empleados. No todos te atienden bien, a excepción de los barman y unos cuantos más, pero la mayoría parece q te atienden de mala gana. No hay espectáculos para grandes. En general lindo hotel; solamente mejoren el servicio

I stayed here from July 10-17 of 2019. The resort itself was very amazing. There were many fun places to explore and hang out, including the sports bar, and karaoke room. I also like how there are 11 eateries to choose from. The food quality, however, needs improvement.

Enjoyed my stay, from check in to check out everything was great. The room was accommodating for a family very spacious, the food breakfast, lunch and dinner was very good. Got good use of the Kids club the staff was Awesome my Granddaughter really enjoyed herself she still talks about the kids club, So my Thanks to the kids club staff for such an amazing experience for my Granddaughter.

Hotel amplio y con muy buenos restaurantes con diferentes especialidades, sus instalaciones muy bien cuidadas y con mantenimiento y limpieza constante. Ideal para ir con la familia cuentan con área para niños y un servicio a la habitación de 24 horas . Les recomiendo reservar en el restaurante la mansión de Michelle si están celebrando una ocasión especial con su pareja .O también tienen una área con alberca solo para adultos y su gym con aparatos de exelente calidad

El hotel es de 4 estrellas no de 5 como aparece en muchos lugares, la atención del personal es maravillosa y lo mejor el club de niños, lo malo son los servicios al huésped, tuvimos problemas todos los días por lo mismo, no entregaban las toallas que correspondían y el baño siempre tuvo mal olor. El otro detalle que tiene es que el servicio de toallas solo funciona hasta las 17:00 y solo tiene. Dos zonas con toallas, piscina grande (es la que está en las zonas comunes) y en la piscinade niños, en el sector de piscina de adultos no Tienen, solo está el bar. Los restaurantes son normales, nada de otro mundo, la cómoda es buena.

Un lugar súper bonito para pasar las vacaciones en familia, esta adaptado para que tanto niños como adultos se diviertan La atención e instalaciones están muy bien, la comida es bastante rica y variada, el personal se esfuerza demasiado por hacerte sentir muy bien! Yo realice mi despedida de soltera ahí y todo el tiempo estuvieron pendientes de nosotros, de lo que necesitábamos pero sobre todo de que estuviéramos seguros. Tuvimos una pequeña caída y el personal médico fue súper atento y servicial. Sin duda regresaré pronto!

I’m on my 2nd night here. The food is terrible. We tried to have a drink with Hennessy but was told that it’s for the luxury guest. I haven’t been offered any drinks while walking around the hotel. This is a place for kids, so they say. I was told I could leave my kids at the kids club & they would be cared for. It was only 2 people working there so it was a hard no for me. UPDATE: There are people watching the kids in the kids club. The kids club is downstairs not the water park, that’s for family, the pirate ship is for the kids. 2nd UPDATE: The fountain water in the hotel is safe to drink. We were kind of upset we only had one large bottle of water for four people but the fountain is safe. Oh and you can request for your television to be set to English. Breakfast and lunch in the hotel is good. Stopped going for dinner. Caught a $12 taxi to some restaurants. Oh, download the app if you plan on eating dinner in the hotel. You have to make reservations at least an 1hr in advance.

The resort is fantastic for a budget friendly all inclusive resort in the hotel zone. The best one I've stayed at so far. Lots of amenities and plenty to do. Great view and right on the beach. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. Special shout out to Emilio and Cesar at the beach bar. They were absolutely fantastic and took care of us during our entire trip. Definitely will be back :)

I have read some reviews on here that are negative and I have no idea why. My girlfriend and I stayed for six nights and it was the best trip we have ever taken. Obviously the hotel was at a limited capacity so not every restaurant was open each night, but we got a chance to try each of them. The resort was great but the people are the reason we will be coming back. The floor manager was the kindest most professional manager I've ever met. We also met Alexis on the beach and he was so friendly and remembered us everyday and what we were drinking. Cesear or his nickname "Puma" was our room service help and he was the kindest service member we met, he made us laugh everyday. Don't even question going to this resort it was absolutely perfect.

Love that there is so much to do here you need not leave the grounds to be fed and entertained! The food is excellent. And the choices are varied for each meal! 7 restaurants!

El personal muy atento, todo muy limpio y poca ocupación. La comida del restaurante mexicano excelente. Los demás restaurantes no los recomiendo mucho, ni por la comida ni los tiempos para servirla. Muy recomendable para ir con niños. La playa muy limpia con muy buen servicio.

Excelente hotel, pasamos unos días increíbles!! Alimentos y variedad muy buenos y de excelente calidad , instalaciones lindas y limpias , la playa no es la mejor para bañarse pero las albercas compensan muy bien . El grupo de entretenimiento muy bueno . Gracias por todo .

The resort was great, but was not very satisfied with the room furniture was all black, especially with the price it didn’t match, the pool side was very crowded with kids, i recommend this resort for families with kids, not for couple, they didn’t have much activities to do.. Overall it was a nice decent stay, hygienic and they have 7 restaurants. My favorite was Samurai Sushi! I just love their Salmon with cream roll! Must be careful when you book online be sure to double check if the payment is payed or if it informs you to pay at the property. Well because the receptionist was almost going to make me pay twice while i was insisting that i paid online.. then she asked me to wait for 30 min until she figured out i was right.. After all it was fun Recommendable for families

Overall it was a great experience. My kids had a good time. Due Covid restrictions the buffet take a little longer to get food. Staff is friendly, room was clean, food was good and we enjoyed the amenities. Samurai and Manhattan were my favorite restaurants. We loved the crepe spot for our nightly dessert. My kids enjoyed the movie in the lobby and the entertainment in the lobby. Staff in the spa was nice. Carolina did my pedicure and eyebrow wax. Only complaints are 1. They don't restock the mini fridge. 2. We didn't get new wash cloths when they cleaned the room. They took the old ones but didn't leave new ones. 3. There wasn't a show schedule or shows in the theater during our stay. Based on overall experience we would stay there again and recommend to others.

Fomos em Março e fomos muito bem atendidos , ficamos na suíte com hidro de frente para o mar que é espetacular! O mar nessa região é um pouco agitado .

O hotel é bom, mas a praia já ví melhores Ubatuba por exemplo.

Não gostei! Não volto. Não estragou minhas férias, mas uma diaria de 2 mil o dia não vale nem a pau. Buffet parece uma pração de alimentação de shopping em pleno24/12, as mesas nunca estavam postas, arrumadas ou limpas...funcionarios sempre mal humorados e não dispostos a te ajudar. No primeiro dia q cheguei pedi o up grade pra um quarto frente pro mar, como so liberariam o quarto na manha seguinte, dormimos em um de lateral, ele tb tem vista pro mar, é um bom quarto, amplo, 2 camas de casal e 1 sofa cama, um super banheiro. Encontri 2 baratinhas nele. Na manha seguinte trocamos pro quarto frente pro mar, maravilhoso, enorme, jacuzzi na sacada, sacada enorme, 2 camas, um closet, um chuveiro amravilhoso, mas com o passar dos dias vc percebe o quanto este hotel precisa de manutenção, ebora ele tenha passado por uma reforma bem mais feita recentemente, a impressão que dá é q ele e um carro velho pintado no rolo. As instalações dele parece um puxadinho, foi crescendo pros lados, pro porão. A arte infantil pra vc chegar nela, vc passa por um corredor extremamente quente e barulhento das maquinas...um horror, tem um parque aquatico legal pras criancas, porem achei td enferrujado....o mini golfe tb e bem mal feito...A árte somente pra adultos e bem legal, bem arrumadinha e sossegada. O restaurante que serve cafe da manha somente pra adultos tb e muito bom, atencimento bom tb, bem diferente de tomar cafe na zona do buffet, porem nao sao todos os quartos que dao acesso a este restaurante, entao se informe sobre isso, é somente a pulseira dourada...La tem 9 restaurantes...a maioria sao bons o melhor é o frances, q tb nao enta criancas e a comida e o atendimento e maravilhoso. Se voce naos e improtar de ficar em um lugar mal acabado pode se hospedar la de boa..A praia e lindissima, muito azul, maravilhosa.

Hotel incrível. Quarto amplo, ótimos restaurantes, excelente comida, ótima academia e bom atendimento. O serviço de praia deles é muito satisfatório, não deixa nada a desejar. Voltaria a me hospedar lá com certeza!

A estrutura do Resort é sensacional porém quendo dizem que você tem direito a todos os restaurantes cuidado! Todas as noites ou pela manhã sempre há um ou mais restaurantes reservados com exclusividade, eu e minha família entramos distraídos no restaurante japonês e fomos imediatamente e com veemência convidados a nós retirar! Ficamos extremamente constrangidos mas saímos...cuidado também com as mesas reservadas nós restaurantes, elas estão por toda parte e caso sem querer você sentar em uma delas, será retirado! Foi bom mas depois dessas me senti pisando em ovos! Brasileiros possuem tomada do carregador de celular diferente das tomadas de lá, precisa conectar nas entradas USB, nenhum em meu quarto funcionava e tínhamos que ir até o saguão da recepção onde é disponibilizado entradas USB e sofas, no entanto muitos deles também não funcionam dificultando bastante a recarga dos celulares!
