If you go in with the right expectations, this hotel is great. While well maintained, the hotel is dated. The rooms themselves have everything you would need and are decently sized. So keep in mind that the hotel is on the older side and it looks like. We had the one bedroom suite and the living area was great. Had a pull coach and kitchen had all the necessary things and then some. The staff were all very kind and helpful! The breakfast spread was great! Had all the normal suspects and everything was well stocked and at the correct temperature. Short drive to the park and it was easy to find parking at the hotel.

It’s great for families with kids. The hotel is very basic … for the price for an overnight stay they could do a better job cleaning. On the positive, the. Front desk staff was polite and friendly. I will give it a 5 star for staff and 3 stars for cleanliness (and I’m being generous)

Good hotel, and good location close to disneyland. Plenty of parking and a very easy to navigate layout. Upon check in, our room had a foul sewage smell coming from one of the bathrooms. We brought this to the attention of the staff and they were quickly able to get us into another room. No issues other than that. The breakfast bar has a nice selection, and the complimentary coffee and tea throughout the day was also lovely. The pool/hot tub area was not clean although it was just storming so that is understandable. We would definitely stay here again, for the price it is a good spot.

The staff are amazing. They were so kind, patient, and welcoming in every interaction with each of our group. I was a little caught off guard by how lovely everyone was. One night staff member in particular made a point of chatting whenever I came in the door. He cheered me up on a really challenging evening. Above and beyond is the term that applies. Albert, thank you. Breakfast was better than I remember for a residence inn. There are tons of food options and never a worry that if we came down at the end of breakfast, we would have fewer options. We didn't get the room we had booked months earlier, and unfortunately, that could not be fixed. It was a bit frustrating as our family has very different sleeping needs, but the room we were given is as close as it gets to what we had booked. Their hot tub couldn't keep up with the rainy and windy weather, but the staff did their best and were responsive to other customers who brought it to their attention. Their was some miscommunication about cleaning one day (I believe on our part). Front desk staff helped us find a solution quickly. However, I did find a stale tetra pack of wine in the bathroom cupboard the kids were using, so there is definitely room for improvement in that area. The hotel definitely needs some upkeep. Parts of the unit were in great shape and others were run down and either stained or dirty.

Great easy place for our trip to Disney. It’s only 3 blocks away from the park entrance which means it’s easy $9 Uber ride to “the happiest place on earth”. Staff was amazing and friendly. Also because it’s a residence inn they had complimentary breakfast buffet which was great for a easy breakfast before the Disney trek commenced. Also a great plus was that it was on the corner of several restaurants for when you want food for the Inn. Also right next to a Target if you needed groceries for a “long stay”.
