“Fantástico, maravilloso, excepcional! No se puede decir menos de este Hotel, me encantó! Desde la instalaciones hasta las vistas... La habitación confortable ofrecía una delicia de vistas desde la planta 21, el desayuno buffet como jamas había visto en otro hotel, una variedad tan amplía de productos y de tanta calidad que era un auténtico lujo. Sin duda si vuelvo a la ciudad volveré.”

“Edificio espectacular al lado del puente de Erasmo. Pedimos una habitación mirando el puente para ver los fuegos de Nochevieja (espectaculares), y la habitación, en uno de los pisos altos (el hotel ocupa 23 aunque el edificio es bastante más alto) era preciosa, todo un ventanal sobre el río y el puente (y la oficina de oficinas que está al lado, hay que dejar la cortina de ese lado echada), con un baño amplio, nuevo y original. La cama grande y cómoda. El buffet de desayuno bien, no es demasiado variado pero tenía de todo. Está cerca del metro y del tranvía para acercarse al centro, aunque andando son diez minutos. Fueron muy amables con un problema con la reserva.”
