Pros: -The hotel is clean, -Staff is friendly, -The hotel beds are on the softer side (not ideal for stomach sleepers) - Location is good, not the most central but just on the edge of the centreCons: - None of the built in USB ports worked in the room - Water in the rooms is EUR3.50 per bottle - The lift was very dodgy(made weird noises, moved weirdly once or twice)

we booked a jr. Suite for 3 nights and paid with breakfast in advance but we got a room with half underground looking and you felt like you are in basement. When we complained we got a standard room at a price of a Jr Suite. e.g. at the booking the room size , room facilities or the big window in the picture were all not there. - We wanted to reduce the stay and requested to reduce for 1 night and our request was rejected. We left the hotel after one night and we were still charged full amount for 3 nights including breakfast we didn't have and the nights we didn't spent. - Parking , the hotel says there is a parking but but only when you arrive there you are being told it has nothing to do with the hotel. Reception said you deal directly with the park house. - Now the problem is that is a strange looking place where they don't let you drive your car in to the parking. They keep the key and park it for you (no , i am not talking about fancy Valet Parking where they pickup the key at the hotel :-) ). - I have my app for the car and in the night i see the window is open and the car is not locked , so i went there and ask to keep the car closed in the night if they keep the key. Hotel answer is its not us you deal with them we have no responsibility.

The hotel is clearly well located. Nice and clean room but I was not that happy with the staff. I had to beg to get a soap for the second day (cleaning had be done but the amenities hadn't been replaced) The bathroom is really small and the shower definitely too tiny and not in a decent state. Breakfast is average but not worth 12 euros. They forget to say there's a parking spot across the hotel that is way cheaper than the parking they "offer" you. I'll definitely come back to Genoa but not in this hotel. Too expensive for what it really is.

Hotel muito bom ! Quarto com cama confortável e lençóis limpíssimos! Breakfast excelente! Atendimento na recepção feito por uma brasileira não muito agradável! Extremamente áspera na forma de se comunicar e responder a perguntas de hóspede!! Vale a pena o hotel , localizado no centro e bons restaurantes próximos!!

It is in a good position near to the center, very clean room ,furniture and bath. the manager of the reception is very helpful man, the room size is small a little bit, the wifi is weak and for better one you have to pay, The cleaning staff are so noisy at the morning!

Mediocre hotel. The room was OK for one night but not very clean. The bathroom had lots of stains, you could see that cleaning isn't the top priority. The breakfast was maybe because of covid not what it could have been - everything was already cold including bacon and toast.

upscale hotel, friendly staff and great location! Only strike against the Hotel is the bed... the springs were felt when laying on the bed! I would suggest asking about the bed in the room when staying.

I stayed in one of the freshly renovated rooms and I loved it! The room is good sized with clean and modern decor, spacious bathroom and very comfortable. Plus the hotel is in a good and accessible location, 2 min from the metro station. The downside is that the street area was in construction, so not easy to go around and the sound isolation between rooms was poor, I could hear the noisy family beside my room.

Lovely hotel in Genoa. We're very impressed with the service we’ve received from the staff. It's really the one thing that really stands out. The room was smaller than we had expected however, it was clean and comfortable. The hotel provides a full set of amenities for each room. We also enjoyed the breakfast. Recommended.

Good and affordable hotel with comfortable beds and good breakfast. Plus for in-room safe and a good location. Minus for the unbearable heat in the room, in February, and that the staff did not make an effort to fix it. We got to sleep with an open window during our two nights.

El sitio está bien ubicado en la ciudad y es bonito. La limpieza de la habitación mal, para ser un 4 estrellas y de la cadena NH esperaba que fuesen un poco más escrupulosos a la hora de limpiar. Cuando llegamos en la mesita había algo pegajoso restregado que estuvo alli los 4 días que estuvimos alojados y lo mismo paso con la escobilla del baño 🤢🤢. Algo más normal puede ser la pelusa que había debajo del minibar pero como digo para ser un NH y 4 estrellas esperaba un poco más de cuidado con esos detalles ya que no es precisamente barato.Me gustó la "política de cuidado del medio ambiente" que dicen tener, es ironía ya que cada día que usaba la pastilla de jabón de manos me colocaban una nueva, no entiendo el respeto al medio ambiente ese, como si el jabón no contaminase.....El wifi horrible!!! Y las tarjetas de entrada a las habitaciones fallaron los 4 días que estuvimos alojados.El trato del personal estupendo ninguna queja al respecto, todo el mundo muy respetuoso y educado.

El desayuno tiene una canasta especial de productos gluten free 😊. Hemos llegados una noche a último momento y nos prepararon algo apto para que pudiera comer! Muy agradecida por eso!... la contra del hotel es que está ubicado en un lugar poco pensado para los turistas.Nada de vida nocturna y muy difícil la zona para celíacos.

Muybien ubicado a 300mts del subte que te lleva a las 2 estaciones de tren ...Príncipe y Brignole Desde Brignole podes tomar el tren a Cinque Terre. Pasaje completo 16 euros incluye tren y sanitarios también micros en Levante dentro del parque y wifi. Desde Brignole podes tomar linea 45 de colectivo..te lleva a las playas del Levante. Muy buenas todas.

Pésimo wi-fi, las habitaciones en general esta bien cumplen. el problema del hotel es la cara de funeral que tienen las chicas de la recepción además de una sospechosa ideología racista, la ubicación esta bastante bien.

Like most NH hotels this one is very well maintained. The staff at the front are very professional and friendly. I tried to book online and my phone wouldn't allow it, arrived at the hotel after a long 6 hour drive and was immediately offered a room. Parking is also very convenient next door.

Nos alojamos en NH.Genova C.en el mes de Octubre es de destacar la atención de todo su personal en todo momento tanto en recepción como en el restaurante y desayuno. El cual es muy completo y variado,también las habitacionesmuy cómodas y excelente limpieza. Muy bien ubicado y cerca de lo mejor de Genova sin dudarlo volveremos en nuestro próximo viaje y lo recomendamos a nuestros amigos.

La ubicacion es bastante buena, no esta en el centro pero esta muy cerca. Las habitaciones son muy limpias, pero las habitaciones dobles son mas pequeñas de lo que parecen en las fotos. El servicio son muy amables y te ayudan con todo lo que pueden.
