O lugar era bonito e limpo. A equipe foi amigável. Café da manhã na casa. Aquecimento funcionou bem. Perto da paragem do metro. No entanto, eles cobrado extra para lençóis e roupa de cama que é estúpido e absurdo. Além disso, o anfitrião não me disse isso, ele me disse que era o imposto municipal. Eu descobri através de outro convidado. Eu não aprecio desonestidade em tudo. Esta é a única razão pela qual não voltarei novamente, nem recomendarei. Além disso, era um pouco barulhento durante a noite. Meu quarto era de 3 andares e não há elevador, mas o anfitrião teve a amabilidade de levar minha bagagem pesada lá em cima.

Não é um mau hostel / hotel. Os quartos são pequenos, não muito confortáveis. Chegar ao quarto é atravessar um labirinto. WC e chuveiro não são confortáveis. O pátio está sujo. Mas, em geral, você pode viver alguns dias para visitar o Milan. Metade dos funcionários são ucranianos.Não é um mau hostel / hotel. Os quartos são pequenos, não muito confortáveis. Chegar ao quarto é um labirinto. WC e chuveiro não são confortáveis. O pátio é sombrio. Mas, em geral, então você pode visitar Milão. Metade dos funcionários são ucranianos.

Ligo para perguntar por que os dormitórios femininos são até 60% mais baratos do que os mistos. A recepcionista responde "é a reserva que decide". Agora, tendo trabalhado como co-gerente em um albergue, posso garantir que não é verdade, e aponto isso para a pessoa ao telefone. Disseram-me, muito mal, que não devo me permitir fazer esse tipo de pergunta. 1 estrela porque 0 não pode ser inserido.

É próximo ao metrô, a supermercados, a restaurantes. A única coisa desagradável são os banheiros. O restante tudo Ok.

I would of avoided this place if I knew what it was like. Never write bad reviews but I feel like for this place I have to, mainly to warn others. Receptionists offer no help apart from playing laptop games while asking them questions. No kitchen, anyone from milan can come into your room because they dont have a key system, which in itself is incredibly irresponsible. I paid 16 euro, I weren't able to pay by card only cash which is already dodgy, so he sent me to an atm which also would be an extra charge. I write this so yall don't have to waste your euros at this place. For 1 or 2 euros more you'll actually get a place that cares and is closer to the centre

Os recepcionistas foram gentis. O fato de a estação de metrô estar muito próxima e a possibilidade de entrar e sair a cada hora são características positivas, com certeza. No geral, um lugar muito limpo para passar uma noite. Claramente por um preço tão baixo que você não pode esperar muito. Os móveis são antigos e estruturalmente não são tão atraentes (assustadoramente na fronteira). "Aconchegante" não é a primeira coisa que você pensa ao olhar para este albergue, ainda assim oferece mais do que serviços decentes para uma noite nessa cidade louca e cara.

No tiene comedor ni un área cómoda para comer. En recepcionista del día es muy bueno, en cambio el recepcionista de la noche es pésimo en el trato.

dreadful conditions, even at the reception the smoker smelled of cigarette smoke everywhere, otherwise there is a sign prohibiting smoking Wifi it does not work, under any criticism hygiene, the sheets with stains everywhere even there is no fuss. There is no key. I do not know how this thing might be called a HOTEL it is not even a hostel. it should not function at all. better give 10 € on top but not in this misery not one star even 0 is many

The receptionists were kind.The fact that the underground station is very close and the possibility to enter-exit at every hour are positive features for sure. Overall a very clean place to spend a night in. Clearly for such a low price you cannot expect much. Furnitures are old and it is structurally not that appealing (borderline creepy). "Cozy" is not the first thing you think looking at this hostel, still it provides more than decent services for a night out in this crazy and expensive city.

This Hotel is basically a Hostel where everything is made of super cheap quality. There are no mobile charging ports for each beds, 2 port for everyone in the room. Bunker beds are made of springs which makes lots of noise. There is a single Shower shared by 4 room where each room have 3- 4 bunker beds.

Pagué el hospedaje en efectivo y se quedaron con mi preautorizacion de la tarjeta de crédito. Nunca contestaron mis mensajes o correos. Emitieron ticket de cancelación apócrifos y por 1 céntimo de euro.

El trato de los empleados, fue excelente, el que está por las mañanas, muy agradable con el recibimiento y atento, me llevó la maleta hasta la habitación, sin tener que pedirlo. El chico que está por las tardes, igual de amable, ofreciéndome café o té.🙃 Atentos en lo que necesitásemos y simpáticos!!! He de reconocer que es la primera vez que me alojaba en este tipo de hotel, y me sentí segura, puesto que hay cámaras en todo el hotel. No hablaban español, pero ponían mucho esmero en entenderme. ( eso se agradece, ... puntazo extra. 💚)

Pésima experiencia. No lo recomiendo. Muy mala atención al huésped, sucio y precio/calidad no corresponde. Se paga mucho por muy poco.

Our flight got delayed by 4 hours so we wouldn’t be able to make it to the hostel until 1am. We tried contacting the hostel a week ahead of time to let them know, but they never answered our emails. Every time we tried to call they would explain that the manager wasn’t there so they would call us back. After multiple days of this they never called us back. Then 12 hours before leaving for Milan we had to call multiple times for a guy to rudely and indirectly tell us that we couldn’t check in past 11pm, and they wouldn’t return our money. We had to call multiple times to get this information out of him, because he kept hanging up on us trying to avoid telling us the bad news. Horrible horrible service. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

The place was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast on the house. Heating worked fine. Near metro stop. However, they charged extra for linens and bedding which is stupid and preposterous. On top of that, the host did not tell me this, he told me it was the city tax. I found out through another guest. I do not appreciate dishonesty at all. This is the only reason I will not return again, or recommend them. Also, it was a little noisy at night. My room was 3 floors up and there is no elevator, but the host was kind enough to carry my heavy luggage up there.
