“Localização é excelente para JHU mas ficamos em um Hilton semelhante em Arlington que foi substancialmente melhor. Ele inclui um pequeno-almoço quente e um quarto muito maior a um preço semelhante. Também este lugar parecia insuficiente e serviço foi nada assombroso.Depois de usar o banheiro de uma maneira completamente normal e limitada no início da manhã uma hora e meia antes de planejarmos o check-out, voltamos para a cama depois de dar a descarga. Nosso banheiro estava fazendo um pouco de barulho, então, depois de alguns minutos, quando saímos da cama, descobrimos que um banheiro transbordando havia transformado nosso quarto em um mini lago. Meu marido desligou a água assim que vimos a enchente, mas já estava muito molhada. Ele viu que o vaso sanitário não estava drenando e o mecanismo de água estava com defeito. Chamamos a recepção para vir e eles levaram mais de dez minutos para chegar quando era urgente. Desça até a recepção sem poder escovar os dentes ou tomar banho. Eles ofereceram outro quarto, mas muitos de nossos itens estavam molhados e tivemos que sair para um compromisso, devido ao atraso em lidar com a situação, o que não foi útil. Não ofereceu desculpas ou café da manhã ou qualquer coisa, então já estava impressionado e desapontado com a resposta do hotel. Você pensaria que eles teriam sido muito mais apologéticos.Pior ainda, chego em casa e vejo uma cobrança de $ 1.000 no meu cartão de crédito pendente e peço para falar com o gerente. Ele não foi útil e disse que eles estariam fazendo uma reclamação contra nós! Eu estava sem chão.Muito agressivo e não educado e insinuando que estávamos em falta e eles estariam avaliando a situação (basicamente implicando que devemos nos preocupar). Entrei em contato com os serviços de atendimento ao cliente e atualmente aguarda uma resolução. Resposta muito ruim deste local.”
