“I stayed at this hotel for one night and was charged $270 for incidentals on two duvet covers that I did not even do. The charge came to my credit card almost 3 weeks after I had my reservation. I tried for DAYS to get ahold of the manager and was never able to speak to him - only the staff at the front desk each time. On the last attempt of calling before this could have been considered resolved, the associate told me that she knew of my situation and that the amount would be refunded in 2-3 weeks. We are now approaching week 4 of when I last spoke to the staff at the hotel and I have been on hold for 15 minutes already trying to get in touch with the people to get the $270 refunded. Not to mention that I am also a diamond member with Hilton and travel regularly for my job and spend thousands of dollars with Hilton each year and have for many years and never once left a room without it looking almost untouched since I know how to pack up and leave. The treatment I have received from this hotel is awful - diamond member or not, this is ridiculous! I’ve never been treated so terrible as a customer in my life. So disappointing. I just want my money back since it was incorrectly charged.”
