“Great stay for a week long conference. Rooms were clean and staff was great. Fitness center was clean and not busy. Close by to a plethora of diverse restaurants. Also, right next to the train for easy access to the DC area. You can't miss with this spot.”

“Nossa estadia no hotel foi extremamente decepcionante. Na primeira noite, houve ruído contínuo até 1h. Parte desse barulho era a equipe do hotel abrindo e fechando as portas para cima e para baixo do nosso corredor e executando um aspirador de pó que eles também descuidadamente bateram na porta / parede do lado de fora do nosso quarto. Quando pedimos ao membro da equipe com vácuo para parar, ele recusou. Parte do barulho era atividade barulhenta no corredor, sobre a qual a equipe não fez nada, apesar de vários pedidos. Mesmo no final da semana, os jovens estavam correndo e gritando nos corredores porque não há atmosfera de civilidade ou controle por parte da equipe. Foi muito disruptivo. Nossa estadia também foi decepcionante porque as comodidades básicas estavam quebradas, indisponíveis ou mantidas pelo custo. Por exemplo, a localização conveniente ao lado do metrô foi prejudicada porque, ao retornar, a porta de volta ao hotel estava trancada e o acesso à chave do cartão não estava operacional. Pedimos para usar um microondas e fomos informados de que seria uma taxa extra de $ 10 – realmente? Pelo preço que estávamos gastando – que nem sequer incluiu a limpeza do quarto – é um insulto para mim que você tente ordenhar ainda mais dinheiro de nós por algo que poderia ter sido montado e concluído em 5 minutos. Considerando que o próprio hotel foi responsável por esses fatores decepcionantes em nossa estadia, lamento pagar pelo quarto e não acho que será uma boa ideia voltar, embora pretendo voltar a Rockville muitas vezes no futuro.”
