“A typical mid-range chain hotel in an historic older building that was interesting to explore and learn about. Definitely not the typical box hotel along the highway that is usual with the brand. I felt the staff was providing a level of service a notch above what you expect at this level property. The $20/night valet-only parking situation adds a little sting to the room rate. Breakfast wasn't cheap but was better than I expected.”

“Fico desapontado por ter que escrever um comentário tão ruim, porque geralmente não tenho problemas com o Hilton. I se hospedaram no hotel 3 vezes nas últimas 4 semanas e nunca teve problemas. No entanto, esta última estadia foi um pouco assustadora. Antes de entrar no chuveiro, notei que a porta de vidro estava sem dobradiças. Liguei imediatamente para a recepção e solicitei manutenção. Disseram-me que ele estava a caminho às 10 da manhã. Ninguém veio. Fui fisicamente à recepção às 13h. Disseram-me mais uma vez que ele viria em breve. A terceira e última chamada foi feita às 17 horas. Pedem desculpas pelo atraso / inconveniente e dizem que foi devido a uma “mudança de turno”. O homem da manutenção finalmente chega às 17:15. Ele afirma que não conseguiria consertar a porta e que precisaria de um especialista. Ele diz que seremos transferidos para outro quarto e que ele estará de volta com as novas chaves do quarto. Ele deixou o quarto por cerca de 2 minutos e então toda a porta de vidro do chuveiro bateu completamente no chão e se espatifou em todos os lugares. Eu ou um dos membros da minha família poderíamos facilmente ter ficado gravemente feridos. Temos de esperar cerca de 30 minutos antes de sermos transferidos para uma nova sala. Solicito à recepção uma carta em papel timbrado do Hilton informando que não serei cobrado pelos danos, mas a carta foi negada. Mesmo depois de pedir 1 hora. O gerente disse sem rodeios, "não, você não vai precisar de um", repetidamente. Toda a situação era extremamente perigosa e não creio que o pessoal se importasse. Não houve empatia ou compreensão. Eles só queriam que eu mostrasse seus rostos. Agradeço a Deus que ninguém se machucou. Portanto, estou escrevendo este comentário para dizer que os preços deste hotel não correspondem à falta de hospitalidade ou quartos e instalações de baixa qualidade. FICAR LONGE!!”
