“I think somebody should change/repair furniture in lounge area there are holes in the fabric, my room looked "warn-out" pillow/bed smelled of old moist. The general look and feeling was not Hilton standard. Staff was very sweet and professional but.... Sorry that my experience 🇩🇰”

“Experiência realmente ruim, mesmo sem chegar ao hotel. Talvez este fosse o Hilton em geral e a forma como eles operam seu sistema de reservas. Tentei entrar em contato com o hotel para perguntar se a suíte júnior acomodaria uma segunda criança, uma vez que não está claro em sua lista, pois não queria reservar e aparecer para uma surpresa. Não foi possível entrar em contato com o hotel no número local (foi informado mais tarde pela equipe do Hilton que este hotel não atende seus telefones de propósito, mas permite que a chamada seja enviada para o sistema de reserva), portanto, começou mal. A equipa de reservas também não conseguiu resolver a minha questão directamente, pelo que tentaram contactar o hotel 3 vezes !!! Sem resposta; eles até tentaram tarefas domésticas, sem resposta. Eles continuaram se desculpando e dizendo que este hotel em particular é conhecido por isso. Nesse ínterim, o quarto foi reservado e nenhuma outra disponibilidade. Tendo em conta os outros comentários recentes neste fórum para este hotel, parece que talvez tivéssemos a sorte de não ter nossa pergunta respondida. Hilton, ou talvez este hotel em particular, precisam se organizar e permitir que perguntas simples sejam respondidas pelo próprio hotel. Serviço ao cliente muito ruim e não é provável que chegue perto de um hotel Hilton no futuro próximo. Eles costumavam definir um alto padrão, mas obviamente isso está longe de ser seu padrão agora, como é mostrado por suas críticas e avaliações ruins.”
