“Fui de vacaciones con mi familia, la ubicación del hotel súper accesible. Todo muy bien, Pero fui a pedirle toallas nuevas para mis hijas en el front desk y una señora de nombre EMILY me dijo que tenía que esperar al otro día, sin mirarme a la cara y sin ganas de trabajar, de manera grosera y despectiva. Por personas como ellas no volveré a ese hotel de vacaciones con mi familia.”

“Excellent location. The breakfast staff quite attentive. Emily's attention to my family at the front desk was vulgar and suburban. Very comfortable beds. There is no access to the roof top as they offer in the photos.”
