“Better late than never; what a fantastic experience it was !
Back in Nov 2017, I have booked a room there to propose my girlfriend during the suprise trip to Prague I organized for her. The hotel staff was very supportive in this process and they went beyond expectations: I booked a limousine service from the airport (and the limousine was spotless, it was a brilliant service), with their help I got flowers been delivered to the room (the hotel also organized for rose petals to be put on the bed to form an heart shape). They also offered us a free ugrade to the Presidential suite from the Junior suite booking I made (which was, at that time, the best room I could book online). All of this to say that our trip to Prague has been just magical and this is in part thanks to the amazing service we got from the hotel.
I am aware that a such old review won't be relevant for nowadays trips as I guess the hotel/staff/services have changed a lot since then. But I wanted to share how wonderful our experience has been at that time and that every year we still remember it.”

“Wonderful hotel. Very grand on the entrance and the breakfast was superb. Only fault was it was a little warm (dealt easily with good air conditioning) and twin beds instead of a king (again no big issue). Staff, food, drink and location were all fantastic”
