“Great staff and location. Easy access to free train and rideshares. Walking distance to downtown and market Staff is wonderful and rooms clean and comfy.”

“It is in the middle of nowhere, next to the metro rail which causes considerable noise even on the high floors (we had the superior bay view room). The front desk was very rude. The A/C in the room was not working no matter how we adjusted the thermostat. The lobby is beautiful and the room was fine. But overall it is not worth it. For this price, there are many better hotels nearby. I would not come back.”
