“Long time Life Platinum now Titanium. Great 3 day stay till 1 AM on our last night. Woke up by extremely loud guest. Sure others were disturbed. Finally got back to sleep after a couple hours. At least the hotel responded fairly quick after my call. In the morning we got up and drove 8 hours home. When I said something the next morning as we were leaving, all I got was "Sometimes we have bad guests." Everything was 5 star till no real concern or consideration. No points or other adjustments for this significant inconvenience. Restaurant staff and breakfast were 5 star.”
