Apreciamos o jantar na propriedade visitando com um hóspede. Uma propriedade absolutamente linda e excepcional com vistas incríveis do oceano e da selva. O design combina muito bem com a paisagem da selva, feito com muito cuidado. Nosso jantar foi excepcional - sabores tradicionais mexicanos com um toque muito moderno, juntamente com um excelente serviço. Não é barato por qualquer medida, mas vale a pena! Altamente recomendado.

Enjoyed dinner at the property visiting with a guest. An absolutely gorgeous and exceptional property with incredible ocean and jungle views. The design melds into the jungle landscape so well, very thoughtfully done. Our dinner was exceptional - traditional Mexican flavours with a very modern twist together with outstanding service. Not inexpensive by any measure, but well worth it! Highly recommend.

Excelente propriedade e bastante singular. Nós amamos como o resort é amplo e, como resultado, privado. Ficamos uma semana em um Ocean Cliff Villa e uma semana em um 2 quartos com vista para o mar Banderas. Esta é a nossa 4ª propriedade O&O em que ficamos e definitivamente está na mesma classe que as outras. Por ser relativamente novo, eles ainda estão resolvendo os problemas, mas sempre que houve um problema, eles foram além para corrigi-lo. Não tenho dúvidas de que dentro de um ano estarão operando no mesmo nível que outros One&Onlys. Eles têm 4 áreas de piscina diferentes, sendo um dos destinos apenas para adultos. 2 das áreas da piscina têm praias. Há uma série de atividades exclusivas para fazer na propriedade, incluindo passeios a cavalos de pólo, tiro com arco, tirolesa na selva / floresta tropical, jantar no campo de pólo com os cavalos circulando enquanto você os alimenta com maçãs, etc.Algumas recomendações: 1. Anfitrião/mordomo: Peça para Eliezer Meza ser seu anfitrião, ele vai além, muito agradável, está sempre um passo à frente/antecipa seus pedidos. Carlos Galvan também é excepcional. 2. Utilize os serviços de babá no local com funcionários do clube infantil: Xiochtl é uma babá excepcional para bebês e crianças, confiamos completamente nela. Roxanne também foi muito boa com nosso bebê. Eles foram flexíveis e atenderam às nossas necessidades. 3. Nossa piscina favorita foi a piscina de borda infinita no restaurante Carao, é apenas para adultos e a vista é de tirar o fôlego. Eles realmente não anunciam e, como resultado, nunca está muito ocupado. 4. Comece todas as noites com uma bebida no bar Treetop. Tem uma vista incrível e os mixologistas estavam sempre no ponto. Ótimo lugar para parar antes do jantar. 5. Você tem dois lugares com opção de café da manhã, mas servem a mesma comida, sempre opte pelo Alma pela vista. Papillo está dentro de casa no meio da selva, a vantagem é que tem AC. 6. Certifique-se de experimentar Chukker para jantar (bife argentino) no campo de pólo (aberto ao sol) e Allora na praia para boa comida italiana. 7. A piscina rasa no Jetty Beach é muito bom para crianças. Chegue cedo para pegar a cabana (primeiro a chegar, primeiro a servir) ao lado. Carlos, Cesar, Pedro e Juan cuidarão bem de você durante o dia na praia. Eles são muito amigáveis e se orgulham do que fazem.

Excellent property and quite unique. We loved how sprawling the resort is and as a result, private. We stayed for a week in an Ocean Cliff Villa and a week in a 2 bedroom Ocean View Banderas. This is our 4th O&O property we've stayed at and it definitely is in the same class as the others. Because it is fairly new, they are still working out the kinks, but whenever there was an issue, they went above and beyond to correct it. I have no doubt within a year they'll be operating at the same level as other One&Onlys. They've got 4 different pool areas, one of the destinations being adults only. 2 of the pool areas have beaches. There are a host of unique activities to do on property to include riding polo horses, archery, jungle/rainforest ziplining, dining at the polo grounds with the horses milling about as you feed them apples, etc. Few recommendations: 1. Host/Butler: Ask for Eliezer Meza to be your host, he goes above and beyond, very pleasant, is always a step ahead/anticipates your requests. Carlos Galvan is also exceptional. 2. Utilize the onsite Babysitting services staffed from kidsclub: Xiochtl is an exceptional babysitter for both babies and toddlers, we completely trusted her. Roxanne was also very good with our toddler. They were flexible and accommodated our needs. 3. Our favorite pool was the infinity pool at Carao restaurant, it's adult only and the view is breathtaking. They don't really advertise it and as a result it's never too busy. 4. Start every evening with a drink at Treetop bar. It has an amazing view and the mixologists were always on point. Great place to stop before dinner. 5. You have two breakfast option places, but they serve the same food, always opt for Alma for the view. Papillo is indoors in the middle of the jungle, the benefit is it has AC. 6. Make sure you try Chukker for dinner (Argentinian Steak) on the polo grounds (open th to sun) and Allora on the beach for great Italian food. 7. The wading pool at Jetty Beach is very nice for toddlers. Get there early to get the cabanna (first come first serve) right beside it. Carlos, Cesar, Pedro and Juan will take good care of you during the day at the beach. They are very friendly and take pride in what they do.

Trabalho neste hotel e foi um pesadelo, acho que é o hotel com as piores condições de trabalho que existe, muitas violações dos direitos trabalhistas, principalmente vindo da Gabriela, que passa o tempo todo ameaçando todos os funcionários com suas condições ridículas. .... se você é cliente, é muito provável que o pessoal que o atende esteja de mau humor para todas essas situações Dona Gabriela ainda está ameaçando o pessoal, dizendo que 90% das gorjetas correspondem a ela e que se não gostarmos, não podemos ir embora.

Um lugar excepcional! De vários hotéis e resorts em que já me hospedei pelo mundo, sem dúvida, este é o melhor. Tem um serviço de primeira qualidade. As pessoas são extremamente amigáveis. As belas instalações. Vegetação incrível e abundante. Você se sente na selva, mas com um serviço de primeira classe. Destaco a praia do hotel. Apesar de ser de águas agitadas, eles construíram uma barreira para que fique calmo e não queira sair da água. Piscinas muito grandes com belas vistas. Os restaurantes são de nível superior. Café da manhã variado e focado em orgânicos, veganos e sem glúten. O preço está dentro do esperado. Foram 5 dias que dificilmente podemos esquecer. Eu não estou dando mais estrelas porque você não pode.

O O&O Mandarina é um produto e propriedade impecável, absolutamente excepcional e um dos melhores, se não o melhor, que já fiqueiOs quartos são confortáveis e imaculados, há 4 ou mais restaurantes, cada um diferente e excepcional por direito próprio, 2 praias privadas, 2 piscinas infinitas com vista para o mar, um spa de classe mundial, um bar de coquetéis com vista para a selva e para o mar, provavelmente mais instalações I nunca cheguei a ver, e uma equipe atenciosa prestando um ótimo serviço.Eu não poderia recomendar mais altamente. É requinte e exclusividade no seu melhor

¡Una lugar excepcional! De varios hoteles y resort’s en los que me he hospedado alredor del mundo, sin lugar a dudas, este es el mejor. Tiene un servicio de primera calidad. La gente es sumamente amable. Las instalaciones preciosas. La vegetación increíble y abundante. Te sientes en la jungla pero con un servicio de primer nivel. Destaco la playa de hotel. A pesar de que son aguas bravas le construyeron una barrera para que esté tranquila y hace que no te quieras salir del agua. Las albercas muy grandes y con vistas hermosas. Los restaurantes son de nivel “top”. El desayuno variado y enfocado a lo orgánico, vegano y sin glutten. El precio está dentro de lo esperado. Fueron 5 días que dificilmente podremos olvodar. No le doy más estrellas porque no se puede.

me toco labora en este hotel y fue una pesadillacreo que es el hotel con las peores condiciones laborales que hay , muchas violaciones aa los derechoslaborales especialmente viniendo de la licenciada Gabriela que se pasa todo el tiempo amenazando a todo el personal con sus ridiculas condiciones .... si eres clientees muy probable que el personal que te atiende este de malas por todas estas situaciones la licenciada gabriela aun sige amenazando al personal diciendo que el 90 porciento de las propinas le corresponden a ella y que si no nos gusta que no larguemos

Beautiful property and amazing architecture are the highlight of this unique property.The manager of Papelillo and Jetty Beach club is outstanding and the best host we encountered at the resort. Food overall could be a bit more adventurous, with the exception of our favorite restaurant, the best by far, Carao. Also make sure to explore the Italian option outside property by golf cart, the chef is amazing and she is super friendly. Kids only is next level here, love, love love. Amazing resort for families. This could be THE BEST resort in Mexico right now!

If a 10 star rating was possible I would have given it. The O&O Mandarina is a flawless product & property, absolutely exceptional and one of the best, if not the best, I have ever stayed The rooms are comfortable and immaculate, there are 4 or more restaurants, each different and exceptional in their own right, 2 private beaches, 2 ocean view infinity pools, a world class spa, a jungle & ocean view cocktail bar, probably more facilities I never even got to see, and an attentive staff providing great service. I could not recommend it more highly. It is refinement and exclusivity at its best

WOWOWOW!! absolutely incredible property, staff/customer service were top notch! i’ve never experienced luxury like this! as soon as you arrive you feel like you’re in a jungle somewhere in a completely different part of the world. Amazing place to go if you truly want to have the ultimate romantic or even solo rejuvenating vacation. This isn't a place to go if your looking to party in Mexico, unless you want to leave the resort. Sayulita is an amazing town not far away if youre looking to let loose. If you want to experience the definition of world-class service, you must visit The One & Only! The moment you arrive, you will be greeted by every single person that works at the resort (regardless if they are helping you or not). A simple text on Whatsapp and your concierge will ensure your request or inquiry is responded to immediately. The whole experience from the location, to the amenities, restaurants, culture within the resort and outside of the resort is one you can't duplicate. Just make sure to take the advice about the badgers on the property seriously. Those little guys are like ninjas and they will find a way to get anything and everything editable or drinkable in your room. So lock those doors 😁. If the Mandarina isn't on your list of places to travel, you should go ahead and add it to the top. You won't be disappointed.

Great beautiful resort. Food and service were great. Wish they had a lounge open past 10pm. The resort offered many amenities, didn't get a chance to do all of them. The spa here is simply amazing. Resort is slightly remote, that makes transportation highly dependent upon the butler and golf carts. Fyi transportation from PVR airport to resort is at least one to one and half hours. Also resort is on central time, because it borders 2 different time zones.

Absolute stunning resort that offers both jungle and beach vibes. The One&Only Mandarina is a top tier resort, which also means it is quite expensive. However, every guest is going to have their own definition of what is a reasonable price.For some this resort is out of reach finically, where others wouldn't blink an eye at the cost. I don't think it is fair to knock off a star due to the cost. Beside, if this resort was a reasonable price, then everyone would be going. Part of the appeal is the exclusivity and luxury.I was aware of some of the kinks or problems other guest had. I witness a few moments where things weren't perfectly smooth. But for the most part my experience was amazing. I would rank the resort a 90/100; fantastic but not flawless.Property: Massive, lush and architectural stunning. The layout and size of facilities never makes you feel cramped or crowded with other guest. In my suite the shower door opened fully allowing me to basically shower outside.Spa: The treatment room for my massage was unreal and unique. The 90-minute massage was very calming and wonderful. There is a mud bath that is free for guest to use, along with sauna and steam rooms. Probably the most beautiful spa I have been to in my life and I have been to many. Suggest booking spa treatments in advance.Host: Every suite is assigned a host to help facilitate dinner reservations, answer questions, book activities, etc. Our host Alfredo always had our best interest in mind. He would check in with us, ensure we had dinner plans, etc.. We had some unique request and Alfredo went above and beyond to fulfill our request. (i.e., we requested to have the same incense from restaurant placed in our room...it smells sooooo good!...he quickly made it happen).Staff: Every single staff member was polite, warm, friendly and engaged in conversation with guest.Activities: I did a free yoga class and rented paddle board. Both were really fun. If there is any activity or spiritual treatment that you must do then I highly recommend reaching out and booking before you arrived. When on site I requested a quantum reading, but there was no one on property that week to perform that treatment. For me it wasn't a big deal since I was able to find other equally enjoyable activities. There is also a butterfly/insect pavilion that the resort barely promotes. It was amazing and there is a super friendly and knowledgeable tour guide there to walk you around.Food: Most of our meals we had were winners (i.e., everything at Carao), but there were a few fails (i.e., pizza). I highly suggest sticking to local Mexican dishes, fish dishes or healthy dishes; these types of dishes were typically very good. The cauliflower tacos (Jetty), octopus tacos (Carao pool), smoked fish and bagel (alma) were our stand outs. The menu is limited when it comes to more "classic American" restaurant standards; you won't find many steak, chicken fingers, burger options. I found the biggest misses were the more American traditional dishes; the pizza was not very good.Buggy: You will read lots of opinions about the buggy system. I under estimated the sheer size of the property. Based on the location of your suite you might be very dependent on ordering the buggys to get you around. It could easily take 5-7 minutes by golf cart to go from one side of property to other. There were a few instances when my buggy would arrive but someone else had been waiting longer for theirs. It can create a bit of an awkward situation. 90% of the time the buggys came within 5-7 minutes. We had one situation, where the buggy battery died on way to get us and they had to send another. But it was during the dinner rush. We ended up waiting 45 minutes to get buggy. But just remember you are on vacation, there is no rush to really get anyway.
