Logo na chegada, houve uma reforma na entrada da frente. Que conheci você teve que recuperar o carrinho de bagagem pela garagem. Havia um barulho alto a cada hora que eu podia ouvir do meu quarto. A uma estrela é para o restaurante do hotel que tinha boa comida. Lá fora fica muito escuro rápido e carros e caminhões estacionam ao longo do lado, então é muito estreito. Apenas não estava satisfeito com a qualidade do hotel. Meu passe de estacionamento não funcionou e tentei ligar para a recepção e nenhuma resposta. Eu dirigi de volta para a frente apenas para ser informado de que o cara da recepção recusou minha ligação porque ele era o único lá e estava em seu telefone pessoal. Decepcionado.

Right off the back upon arrival, there was remodeling to the front entrance. Which met you had to retrieve the baggage cart through the garage. There was a loud banging every hour that i could hear from my room. The one star is for the restaurant in the hotel that had good food. Outside gets very dark fast and cars and trucks park along the side so it is very narrow. Just wasnt happy with the quality of the hotel. My parking pass did not work and i tried to call the front desk and no answer. I drove back to the front just to get told that the front desk guy declined my call because he was the only one there and was on his personal phone. Disappointed.

Everything done very well. Clean, luxurious room. Restaurant had excellent food. The staff was cheerful, professional and helpful--All of them. I would seek this hotel out when traveling. An ideal respite from travelling.

Ótimo hotel, muito perto de DC com fácil acesso ao metrô. Faça uma piscina para manter as crianças felizes. Nós tomamos café da manhã. Seus preços eram razoáveis em relação à área (Bife e ovos $ 18, caranguejo Benedict $ 16) O estacionamento era fácil e US $ 18 por dia com privilégios de entrada e saída.Todos com quem interagimos foram muito educados e gentis. Eles têm um bom protocolo COVID e a limpeza ao nosso redor era constante.

Great hotel, very close to DC with easy metro access. Have a pool to keep the kids happy. We had breakfast. Their prices were reasonable compering to the area (Steak and eggs $18, Crab benedict $16) Parking was easy and $18 a day with in and out privilages.Everyone we interact with was very polite and kind. They have good COVID protocol and cleaning around us was constant.

Não fique aqui se você tem filhos, na verdade, não fique aqui período. Sério, eu sei que o custo é razoável, mas não vale o seu tempo. Você não ficará confortável e não será como a maioria dos hotéis. Tentamos nadar com nossos filhos e eles têm aulas particulares de natação na pequena piscina coberta que ocupa todo o espaço e nos faz sentir como se não devêssemos estar lá. Não há salas para lanches ou comida, e você deve perguntar sobre o café da manhã se tiver status. Nosso bebê não iria dormir na mochila e brincar fornecidos e eu não a culpo porque era duro como cimento, então não dormimos a noite toda. Finalmente, eles se recusaram a quebrar uma nota de $ 20. Na verdade, o saguão nos disse que o restaurante faria, mas eles também não aceitariam. Os hotéis estão decaindo. Eu entendo que ninguém quer trabalhar, mas Você paga pelo que tem.

Don’t stay here if you have kids, actually don’t stay here period. Seriously I know cost is reasonable but it’s not worth your time. You won’t be comfortable and it won’t be like most hotels. We tried to swim with our kids and they hold private swim lessons in the very small indoor pool which take up all the space and make us feel like we shouldn’t be there. No lounges are available for snacks or food, and you have to ask about breakfast if you have status. Our baby would not sleep in the pack and play provided and I don’t blame her because it was hard as cement so we didn’t sleep all night. Finally they refused to break a $20 bill. Actually the lobby told us the restaurant would, and then they wouldn’t do it either. Hotels are going downhill. I get it no one wants to work but you get what you pay for.

Esse lugar me surpreendeu! Eu só quero dar uma crítica excelente sobre a equipe e serviço de hotel !!! Se houvesse um lema para este lugar, seria tratar seu cliente como se você gostaria de ser tratado.Eu originalmente ia dar-lhe uma estrela de 3 pelas razões de con. Mas o serviço é inacreditável.Prós: 1. O serviço é incrível! - pedi um check-out prolongado e eles me deram imediatamente! - o ac estava quebrado e o engenheiro apareceu em 5 minutos e consertou! Estrondo! 2. Quartos muito bons! 3. Quartos extremamente limpos e área do saguão. 4. O café da manhã foi realmente muito bom !!!! (Um pouco mais caro, mas é um hotel de alto nível) 5. A faxineira fez um ótimo trabalho de limpeza. 6. A piscina era agradável e o salva-vidas era muito simpático e atencioso para nós.Contras: - nosso banho demorou muito para aquecer (3-5 minutos) - o ac não estava funcionando, mas o consertamos.Por último, quero dar uma GRANDE mensagem para Victor na recepção e Chandana, o engenheiro do prédio!

Nosso quarto de hotel era limpo. A piscina coberta e a banheira de hidromassagem estavam fechadas, mas a piscina descoberta estava aberta. A verdadeira razão para as 5 estrelas foi a equipe simpática. Marie do restaurante / café é incrivelmente doce e fez nosso café da manhã uma experiência memorável com seu serviço incrível.

fizemos uma estadia de 1 noite há alguns dias. o hotel parece ser uma construção mais recente. o lobby é espaçoso. o check-in foi rápido. MELANIE foi muito profissional / amigável no check-in. O quarto (724) era muito bom. o design do quarto era muito confortável. o quarto estava bem preparado, super limpo, * ótimo trabalho para o pessoal de limpeza. o quarto / cama era muito confortável. . muito bom chuveiro / pressão da água. a suíte é bem equipada. apreciamos a geladeira, e o café fornecido era muito bom. até mesmo os elevadores estavam impecáveis. nós eleitos para jantar no bar / restaurante. foi muito bom - não muitos outros clientes (terça-feira à noite). o único (-) para mim, tínhamos uma caixa Thule, portanto não cabíamos na garagem. fomos orientados a estacionar ao lado do hotel - ainda cobramos a mesma (US $ 18) taxa. o hotel é muito limpo, uma estadia relaxante muito agradável em uma suíte muito grande. nós deixamos nossa filha em uma escola de DC - nós estaremos visitando freqüentemente - este hotel será nosso lugar. Our hotel room was clean. Indoor pool and hot tub were closed but outdoor pool was open. The real reason for the 5 stars was the friendly staff. Marie from the restaurant/Cafe is incredibly sweet and made our breakfast a memorable experience with her amazing service.

we did a 1 night stay a few days ago . the hotel appears to be a newer build. the lobby is spacious . check in was quick. MELANIE was very professional / friendly on check in. the room ( 724) was very nice. the room design was very comfortable. the room was well prepared, super clean, * great job to the cleaning staff. the bedroom / bed was very comfortable. . very good shower/ water pressure. the suite is well appointed. we appreciated the fridge, and the coffee provided was quite good. even the elevators were spotless. we elected to dine in the bar/restaurant. it was pretty good - not many other patrons ( Tuesday evening ). the only (-) for me , we had a Thule box, thus we could not fit in the garage. we were directed to park on the side on the hotel - still charged the same ($18 ) rate. the hotel is very clean , a very nice relaxed stay in a very large suite. we dropped our daughter at a DC school - we will be visiting often - this hotel will be our place. This place surprised me! I just want to give a outstanding review on the staff and hotel service!!! If there was a motto for this place, it'd be treat your customer as if you'd want to be treated. I originally was going to give it a 3 star for the con reasons. But the service is unbelievable. Pros: 1. Service is freaking amazing! - asked for an extended checkout and they gave it to me right away! - ac was broken and the engineer came up within 5 minutes and fixed it! Boom! 2. Very nice rooms! 3. Extremely clean rooms and lobby area. 4. Food breakfast was actually really good!!!! (Slightly more expensive but it's a higher end hotel) 5. Cleaning lady did a great job cleaning. 6. Swimming pool was nice and the lifeguard was VERY friendly and attentive to us. Cons: - our shower took a very long time to warm up (3-5 minutes) - ac wasn't working but we got it fixed. Lastly I want to give a BIG shout-out to Victor at the front desk and Chandana the engineer of the building!

Just perfect...our suite was clean, comfortable, and inviting. The Starbucks that was delivered was hot and fresh.The bar staff is wonderful and the beer selection is terrific.There was absolutely nothing that We could day other than perfect in every way.

Terrific location just off freeway. Very nice front lobby, bar and restaurant area, easy parking. Very attentive and friendly staff. A really nice hotel. Little details in bathroom. Lack of adequate towel racks, especially since they actively advertise conservation. Shower head too wide for the shower. Sprays on floor if curtain not entirely closed.

The suite setup was appealing, I especially enjoyed the double doors to the bedroom. The guest laundry was also a surprise. Close to Balducci's. Mall close with options for shopping, food, and activities. Wisconsin Avenue within driving distance.

i have stayed here for years... nice rooms and location for business in the area paying exhorbitant $17.00/day for parking is getting old.. especially because the infrastructure ie; ticket machine is faulty and a hassle....plus parking in town is half the price...and this hotel is not in town...get rid of the parking fee

The large room and couch were great. The shower was great and I appreciate the 1 large towel in the room. The staff was friendly and check in took a little while but the gentleman was very welcoming. Parking was confusing at first. unclear signs about where to park.

The hotel itself was nice but it was too far from dc which is where I spent all of my time and shuttle service was too limited & not close to any airport at all Yes, it is too far from dc city, it is not close enough to train station or metro bus and it is not close to public transportation either
