“Hotel moderno no coração da parte alta da cidade. dando boas-vindas ao momento em que você entra. Design leve e moderno. Mal posso esperar para ficar aqui quando eu voltar para Dallas. Muitos restaurantes excelentes nas proximidades também, mas não se esqueça de verificar o bar da cobertura! Também adoro as estações de água e gelo em cada andar.”

“O hotel em geral era muito bom, muito moderno e a uma curta caminhada de alguns restaurantes agradáveis. Encontrei a recepcionista de plantão às 18h, quando fiz o check-in muito amigável. O bar da cobertura era muito convidativo, mas não a equipe. O barman e o anfitrião não pareceram amigáveis. Minha esposa e eu decidimos ir para o lobby e sentar, conversar e aproveitar a noite. No saguão, a recepcionista do turno da tarde nos disse que não podíamos sentar nas mesas redondas porque elas faziam parte do restaurante. Eu me perguntei se os maus-tratos eram resultado das tensões raciais em Dallas / América. Eu viajo com frequência e sou forçado a lidar com a ignorância e a incompreensão das pessoas. Espero voltar a Dallas em breve e também espero que os funcionários recebam treinamento em habilidades de atendimento ao cliente.
