“This is coming from a Texas point of view. The hotel service was horrible, I understand your on island time, but hardly anyone that comes and stays in Waikiki is on island time. Lunch at one of the places inside by the pool with only 3 tables sat down took us 45 min to get our food and it was wrong. Separate from that, the hotel treats everyone like criminals asking for passes every 2 seconds , masked, ids to move two steps. The customer service is far from good for a Sheraton hotel, not even sub par. Everything is extremely overpriced. 25 dollars for a makers and coke in a tall glass at rum fire. The rooms are very small, the bathrooms don’t look very classy at all. The view is the only good part. The view with all these bad things will not get me past 1 star. If I wanted to vacation with super strict rules, I would go stay at my mothers place. Not worth the trip.”

“Room views on the Diamond Head side are amazing. Some of the amenities on the higher floors are no open and the rooms are just okay. We had some room issues, which the staff quickly addressed. Pools, beach access, Rum Fire and little shops are great. Access to Royal Hawaiian and dining shops is fantastic. Definitely a great place to stay in Waikiki.”
