“The hotel is in a perfect central location. Chinatown is minutes away and Hipster Ancoats is a 10 minute walk.
The hotel was spotless with friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast was excellent offering a selection of cooked and continental.
We had some small issues with our room but these were quickly sorted by Adam in reception. I won’t rate it 5 star due to these minor issues.
Perfect if you’re over for a match or short business trip but I would advise getting one of their better rooms.
The reception, dinning area and bar are spacious clean and welcoming.
I liked the vibe of the hotel and the surrounding area although Piccadilly Gardens looks sad and neglected with a run down feel to it.
Manchester is a city on a roll with construction everywhere. Plenty of trendy bars, cafes and quality restaurants all within walking distance of the hotel.”

“We loved the room. From the furniture and wall decor to the super comfy bed. The bathroom was well laid out and the entire room was very clean. We got a corner king and it was worth a few dollars more to have the extra room. The check in and check out was quick and friendly. The only issue we had was that we bought beers from the front desk and there was no bottle opener. I called and they had one at the front desk we could borrow but decided to pop them off with a little leverage and strength. We would definitely return.”
