I’ve stayed at this location a dozen of times. I would recommend this hotel through and through. The lady managers have gone above and beyond for me while I stay here. I had troubles connecting to wifi and they took the time to come and help me set it up on my computer. They had milk alternatives for unfortunate people like myself, who can’t enjoy dairy. Stayed here on a last minute trip, the ladies at the front desk were very accommodating for what I needed. The rooms were very clean. The staff was great, you can tell the management really cares about their guests by the way they took care of me.

Great people, nice room and Lobby. Could use new chairs in dining area and a better beverage selection possibly.

Let me say that with all of the traveling we have done - this was the nicest and cleanest room we have ever stayed in - the staff was absolutely amazing - we came into town late Friday with reservations at another hotel, and it was so gross we left - it took a while of calling around, and I am so glad that this was where we found a room - I wish I could remember the names of the staff because, they saved our weekend - THANK YOU EVERYONE

Este hotel elevó sus precios en un 45%, eliminó el servicio de limpieza para que no haya toallas limpias, jabón, champú, acondicionador, artículos de tocador, etc. durante toda la semana. No hay bote de basura excepto en el baño. Su Internet estuvo fuera durante los primeros días y la piscina estaba fuera de servicio. Todo esto por $200/noche. Definitivamente no vale la pena el dinero. ¡Se acabó el COVID! ¡Vuelve a la normalidad y vuelve a limpiar las habitaciones como antes!

This hotel raised its prices by 45%, cut out cleaning service so no fresh towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toiletries, etc. all week.No trash can except for in the bathroom.Their internet was out for the first couple of days and the pool was out of service.All of this for $200/night. Definitely not worth the money.COVID is done!Get back to normal and get back to cleaning the rooms like you used too!

O hotel cobrou meu cartão de crédito E minha conta HH está sem pontos para a estadia. Desde então, isso tem sido um marco da minha vida, pois toda a minha família mora aqui e eu fiquei pelo menos 40-50 vezes, talvez mais.Dito isto, é muito triste ver o que este lugar se tornou. Mesmo antes da minha chegada, o E-Check-in não estava funcionando. Eu estava com muita pressa e precisava muito! Isso resultou em um problema ainda maior na chegada física / check-in quando o quarto para o qual fui designado tinha um funcionário mantido “sair” bebendo um RedBull e assistindo algo em seu telefone…. Eu troquei de quarto. Nbd coisas acontecem. O quarto seguinte estava ocupado, então me trouxeram outro conjunto de chaves. A mulher da recepção foi muito simpática. Ela disse as coisas certas e fez um bom trabalho tentando mitigar o problema. Ela se desculpou e realmente se sentiu mal. Eu estava 40 minutos atrasado para um evento para o qual vim aqui por causa disso.Nbd eu continuo. As condições dos quartos estão piorando, mas você pode dizer que eles não são capazes de limpá-los de acordo com os padrões do Hilton. As migalhas são deixadas no canto. Também há material de limpeza vassoura etc. Na frente do meu quarto agora que foi deixado de fora desde antes da minha chegada. Brega.Você precisa de um novo gerente aqui para recuperar este lugar.

Wow this place has gone down hill! Very sad. I stayed here the week it opened a long time ago. Probably 5 or so years ago. Since then this has been a staple of my life as all of my family lives here and I’ve stayed at least 40-50 times maybe more.That being said it’s very sad to see what this place has become. Even before my arrival, E-Check in was not working. I was in a really big hurry and really needed it! That resulted in a even larger problem at physical arrival/ check in when the room I was assigned to had a maintained worker “hanging out” drinking a RedBull and watching something on his phone….I was switched rooms. Nbd things happen. Next room was occupied so I was brought another set of keys. The woman at the front desk was very nice. She said the right stuff and did a good job trying to mitigate the issue. She was apologetic and truly felt bad. I was 40 min late to a event I came here for because of this.Nbd I continue on. Room conditions are getting worse not bad but you can tell they aren’t able to clean them to Hilton Standards. Crumbs are left in corner. Given one towel in bathroom, no Footmat. No DND sign for door. Nbd I figured I’ll make the best of it. One of the only reasons I selected this hotel being at least$40-$60 more per night was the hot tub. Get my swim suit on to find the whole pool area is shut down. Ok, I’m about to give up by this point…😅🙃 Go to breakfast. No half and half, no Honey. Woman who works there told me she has asked her management multiple times as I’m sure it’s a frequently asked for item (it’s the best “healthy” replacement to using sugar in coffee and many love honey in tea?..) she said they have never done anything about it. Now that’s sad to see you have employees trying to do their job well and accommodate their guests to have it fall short. Go to front desk for my Diamond waters. They were out of water. Gift shop/pantry was 100% empty. Instead of the employee Saturday morning who could see I was visibly disappointed Never offered anything else. Also there’s housekeeping supplies broom etc. In front of my room right now that has been left out since prior to my arrival. Tacky.You need to get a New manager in here to pull this place back together.

Hotel charged my credit card AND my HH account is out the points for the stay.When I called the hotel to correct the situation, they could not be bothered to help me, referred me to the Diamond line and apparently gave them attitude as well. Person I sent to this hotel said the room was wonderful, the lobby and hallways were filthy, and there was at least one tweaker working the front desk.Shame

They were very accommodating for our group. Even though we had to check out at noon. They let us stay in the meeting room with our group so we could do hair and makeup before leaving for competition.

Grande quarto/suíte para uma família que inclui área de dormir separada, bem como uma kitchenette bem equipada. Infelizmente, nunca fomos notificados de que a piscina estava fechada para manutenção uma semana antes da nossa chegada. Fomos capazes de marchar pelo estacionamento para usar a piscina do hotel-irmão vizinho, mas não era o ideal. Além do mau serviço ao cliente em relação ao aspecto da piscina, o hotel era muito bom.

Gran habitación / suite para una familia que incluía un área para dormir separada, así como una cocina bien equipada. Desafortunadamente, nunca nos notificaron que la piscina estaba cerrada por mantenimiento una semana antes de nuestra llegada. Pudimos caminar penosamente por el estacionamiento para usar la piscina del hotel hermano vecino, pero no era ideal. Aparte del mal servicio al cliente con respecto al aspecto de la piscina, el hotel era muy agradable.

Great room/suite for a family which included separate sleeping area as well as a well equipped kitchenette. Unfortunately, we were never notified that the pool was closed for maintenance a week prior to our arrival. We were able to trudge across the parking lot to use the neighboring sister-hotel's pool, but it was not ideal. Aside from poor customer service regarding the pool aspect, the hotel was very nice.

O café da manhã foi "apenas o.k." Lâmpadas queimadas na luz do teto do banheiro, pediram a 4 pessoas diferentes por 4 dias para substituí-las e nunca foram. Eu certamente pensaria duas vezes antes de pagar tanto dinheiro para ficar em um Homewood Suites novamente.

All hotel personnel were nice. We didn't receive the room configurations we reserved (two, two bedroom suites) so we had to split up. Rooms were not clean.Ceiling fan was covered in dust.No housekeeping staff there to assist but I was offered a duster to clean myself, which I did. Dishes in kitchenette were not clean. Breakfast was "just o.k." Bulbs burnt out in bathroom ceiling light, asked 4 different people for 4 days to have them replaced and they never were. I would defiantly think twice before paying that much money to stay at a Homewood Suites again.

Booked and paid in full through Hotels.com but was charged for the room again upon arrival which is annoying but nothing a disputed charge cant handle. Overall the room was clean but the glassware provided was not. Staff was friendly amenities overall were nice and clean. 3/5 value for money. Hotels post pandemic as a whole seem to be suffering in quality, so taking that into consideration I was happy with our stay.
