The staff are friendly and took very good care of us. Fili is our favorite waiter for breakfast and lunch. Our favorite pool waitress was Josie. She was very sweet and worked hard to provide drinks/food. We really appreciated the whole resort.

Nice place. No beach sand access only ocean from resort. Food and beach drinks just OK. Mix Drinks directly from the bar were better. Night entertainment OK.

Visited here for a week and could not have asked for a better first all-inclusive experience. The staff were VERY friendly, helpful, and good people. Rooms were really nice with very pretty views. We made some friends while we were there and found out that majority of the rooms are the exact same. Every room they have is ocean front. Mini fridge stayed stocked with beer and liquor. Food was decent. A lot of bars and restaurants are within walking distance from the resort. We rented a Jeep and spent a day exploring the island and I highly recommend that. We had an awesome time and will definitely be back. Honestly can not think of anything negative to say!

Beautiful location. The staff is unbelievable with the efficiency of their service. The dining room staff is gracious and thinks ahead to your ever need. The concierge services on site are so helpful (particularly Abraham and Israel). I particularly liked having our bed turned down and the room readied for the night. The Mexican restaurant on site is spectacular! I could go in and on!!!

Great food at all the restaurants. Room service the one time we had it was just ok, food was flavorless and cold. Staff are very friendly. Had fun playing volley ball with staff entertainment person Charlie. Met some great people we played with daily. Most of the night shows were very good. Nice snorkeling right off resort. There are 2 small man made beaches that do not touch the water.

The employees at the Palace are the kindest humans. I don't think they ever say no- they are so good at making us feel like we are at home (with much better service & view). Juan I & Juan II, Heri, the beautiful hostess in the morning buffet, Maria (chef), and the Sommelier are hands down some of my favorites. I love the Palace. If you are looking for total relaxation, great food, amazing service... then this is your place!

DO NOT stay here if you are traveling to Cozumel for a Vacay!! The water in the shower does not get hot. DO NOT use the ATM machine. It took my money and a couple other guests money. I went and told the workers at the front desk and they did nothing. If they know that the ATM isn’t giving people their money back, they could at least put a sign up to warn guest not to use but they didn’t. Sound like a scam to me. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Food and service here are always top notch. Great all inclusive packages including alcohol. Some hits and misses on the food as they learn to cope with the Covid protocols, but always felt safe and well taken care of. If you are a scuba diver, the boats are running, and the reefs are healthy. Get off the couch and go! 😁

For us, it was better than the Grand and Moon Palace. We like the water... clear water and snorkeling/scuba. Cannot bear Cozumel Palace for this. The waters are clear and arguably one of the best in the world, it helps that you can use your resort credits for scuba and snorkeling too. We came back to Mexico and stayed at Grand/Moon, while the resort was nicer/bigger, the water was lack luster. Cozumel Palace FTW!
